Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an earthquake shelter box strong against severe earthquake, easy to assemble and disassemble and possible to expand by using columns, joints to connect the upper and lower parts of the columns in a fittable and expandable manner, frame materials connected to the joints in a fittable and expandable manner and fastening bolts and nuts to fix the columns and the frame materials to the joints, for frameworking. CONSTITUTION: A joint 2 is placed at the center of the entrance of a shelter box and a pair of joints 3 are placed at the right and left corners. A joint 4 at the center on the back side is opposed to the joint 2 at a space. A pair of joints 5 at the right and left corners are opposed to the joints 3 at a space. A column 1 and a frame material 6 are mated and fitted into the joint 2, 3, 4 and guide pipes to make a lower framework. Likewise, an upper framework is made. The guide pipes of the joints are mated and fitted into the lower column 1 on the side where mutual insertion holes and mounting holes are provided and fastened with nuts. In this way, the shelter box is endurable to severe earthquake and easy to assemble.

The angled steel material is
It has the drawback that it is strong in the vertical pitch of the earthquake but weak in the horizontal roll and the twist, and it seems that the first floor of the building will be crushed by the severe horizontal roll like the Hyogoken Nanbu Earthquake on January 17, 1995. In such a case, an evacuation box without sufficient strength will not be useful. In particular, the results of this survey show that more than 5,000 people died, 90% of whom were crushed or suffocated due to being sandwiched between buildings. Can be said to be necessary for.

The embodiment has a depth and height of 90c.
Since the m and the width are 180 cm as a reference, the lengths of the columns 1 and the frame member 6 are the same, but the size of the closet 14 for installing the evacuation box is not constant, so that the frame 11 is assembled. At this time, the guide pipe portion 2 to be fitted with the mounting holes 1b, 1b, 6b, 6b of the support columns 1 and the frame member 6
By changing the positions of the insertion holes 2d, 3d, 4d and 5d of a, 3a, 4a and 5a, the size of the evacuation box can be changed. In the embodiment, the assembled state shows that there is no allowance in the axial direction between both ends of each of the columns 1 and the frame member 6 and each of the guide pipe portions 2a, 3a, 4a and 5a. It is optional to provide a margin in advance to assemble the above standard size smaller than this. The size of the evacuation box is not limited, and may be 90 cm square, which is half of that of the embodiment.
