Abstract

PURPOSE: To integrally mold a blow molded product and other part simultaneously with blow molding by arranging a mold and a clamping mold side by side and inserting other part having an adhesive or an appropriate slip-off preventing structure applied to the outer periphery thereof in a parison from the end thereof and pressing and clamping the parison to the outer periphery of the other part to blow air in the parison. CONSTITUTION: A mold 14 and a clamping mold 16 are opened and a parison 18 is inserted in the space between both molds 14, 16. Next, the mold 14 is clamped to close the opening of the parison 18. At the time of the completion of closing, a needle 20 is inserted in the parison 18 and air is blown in the parison 18 to expand the same to a certain degree. Other part 12 is inserted in the parison 18 so as to tuck in the parison until it enters the clamping mold 16. すための形状等も不要になり、全体の形状を簡単にでき
る利点もある。更に、ブロー成形品と一体化される相手
部材は樹脂、ゴム、無機質材、金属等何であっても可能
になる。
