Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、ブラウン管、特にそのパネル表面に被着さ
れた導電性薄膜とテンションバンドとの導通構造に関す
るものである。

従来、ブラウン管のパネル表面は静電気が帯電し、人
が接すると放電するので人に不快感を与える。この欠点
を除くためにパネル表面に導電性を有する透明膜、又は
半透明膜を被着したブラウン管が提案されている。

前述した、パネル表面に導電性の透明又は半透明膜を
被着したブラウン管は、その導電性膜を確実にアース電
位にしなければ帯電防止の効果がないが、パネル表面は
平面でなく複雑な曲率の球面であり、かつ導電性膜は透
明又は半透明のため薄膜となり機械的強度がないのでこ
の導電性薄膜を長期間、安定したアース電位に保つこと
が難かしかった。

ンションバンドを装着すると共に、パネル表面に被着さ
れた透明又は半透明導電膜の一部と導電性粘着テープが
接触するように構成して、パネル表面の電位をテンショ
ンバンドとテンションバンドに取りつけられたラグを介
して確実にアース電位に保つことができる。

ンバンドの下に貼る粘着テープを両面ともに導電性を有
する素材として、かつパネル表面に被着された透明又は
半透明導電膜と導通をとる如く構成したことより、パネ
ル表面の導電膜とテンションバンドとの間の電気的接続
を容易にかつ確実に行なうことができるので、テンショ
ンバンドに付けられた取り付けラグを介してパネル表面
の電位をアース電位に保つことができ、人に不快感を与
えるパネル面の帯電を防止する効果がある。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】一面に粘着材を有する粘着テープをパネル
外側面に巻回して粘着し、その上にテンションバンドを
装着したブラウン管において、前記粘着テープは両面共
に導電性を有し、かつパネル表面に被着された透明また
は半透明導電膜の引き出し部上に圧接され、前記テンシ
ョンバンドと導通して同電位に電気的に接続したことを
