As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 40279, a red heating element is provided above the combustion section, and heat rays from this red heating element are radiated from a radiant window vertically formed on the upper front part of the main frame to perform radiant heating. At the same time, warm air was heated by driving a warm air fan behind the combustion tube equipped with a red heating element.

った。<Problems to be solved by the invention> By the way, in this conventional one, the hot air emitted from the combustion part is not controlled, and the red heat body cannot be heated well, so that a sufficient red heat state cannot be obtained. It has the drawback that the radiant heating effect does not rise, and because the radiant glass is directly exposed to the hot air in the combustion cylinder, the back side of the radiant glass is contaminated, which further reduces the radiant heating effect. The area around the window will deteriorate in a short period of time, and the heat shield frame that guides the warm air to the warm air outlet at the lower front will be bent at a right angle, so smooth and good warm air discharge cannot be obtained. There was a drawback called.

A combustion tube provided with a red heating element, and an opening window made of transparent glass for exposing the red heating state of the red heating element on the front side, and an air flow passage formed inside the combustion tube to stand upright all around. A rectifying cylinder having a plurality of rectifying holes, a wind collecting cylinder standing upright on the outside of the combustion cylinder and having a wind collecting port formed at an appropriate position on the peripheral wall, and a warming pipe covering the upper side of the combustion cylinder. A cooling air passage is formed between the air passage and the reinforcing top plate on the upper side, and a heat shield frame provided with a radiant glass inclined obliquely upward at a position facing the front opening window,
A main body provided with a hot air outlet communicating with the warm air passage in the lower front portion, a radiation window communicating with the cool air passage and facing the radiant glass in the upper portion, and a warm air fan on the rear surface side. It is composed of a frame and.

のである。<Operation> The primary combustion hot air generated by the combustion of the combustion section 1 is
While rising inside, the secondary air is uniformly dispersed through the straightening holes 17 of the straightening cylinder 14 to receive the supply of the secondary air, complete combustion of the secondary combustion, and the momentum of the supply of the secondary air to generate hot air. It is possible to obtain a good red heat state by strongly contacting the red heat body 10 concentrated in the central part and hanging from the upper part, and strongly heating the red heat body 10. This red heat is transmitted through the opening window 8 and the radiant glass 23. The radiant window 22 radiates through the radiant window 22 to enhance a large radiant heating effect, and the combustion tube 5 facing the red heating element 10
Since the opening window 8 of is made of transparent glass, the hot air rising in the combustion cylinder 5 is not directly emitted from here and does not come into contact with the radiant glass 23. It is possible to prevent radiant heat from adhering to the radiant air and to prevent radiant heating for a long period of time.

The secondary air is supplied via 19 and most of the remaining air is blown to the outer circumference of the combustion cylinder 5 and
The hot air is mixed with the hot air discharged through the flow hole 6 of the lid 7 at the upper end and becomes hot air toward the hot air outlet 24 at the lower side, which constitutes the wall surface on the front side of the hot air passage 25 at this time. Since the radiant glass 23 is inclined obliquely upward, the warm air is guided by the radiant glass 23 and smoothly flows into the warm air outlet 24 without slowing down the flow velocity, which enables strong warm air heating. Yes, the other part of the hot air fan 20 is being guided by the guide portion 28 of the heat shield frame 21 and circulates in the cold air passage 27, and is blown as cooling air from the upper end of the radiant glass 23 to the radiant window 22. The periphery of the radiant window (22) heated by radiant heat is cooled to prevent deterioration, so that the radiant window (22) can be used safely for a long period of time.

And a combustor 5 having an opening window 8 made of transparent glass for exposing the air, and an air flow passage 15 formed inside the combustor 5 so as to stand upright, and a plurality of flow straightening holes 17 are formed on the entire circumference of the combustor. A warm air passage 25 is provided between the cylinder 14 and the air collecting cylinder 18 which is erected outside the combustion cylinder 5 and has an air collecting port 19 formed at an appropriate position on the peripheral wall. Further, a cold air passage 27 is formed between the upper reinforcing plate 26 and the heat shield frame 21 provided with a radiant glass 23 inclined obliquely upward at a position facing the front opening window 8,
A warm air outlet 24 communicating with the warm air passage 25 is provided in the lower part of the front surface, and a radiant glass communicating with the cold air passage 27 is provided in the upper part.
The radiant window 22 is formed so as to face 23, and the main body frame 2 having the warm air fan 20 is provided on the back side, so that the red heat body always maintains a good red heat state and the radiant glass is contaminated. It is possible to realize strong radiant heating without any further, and since the hot air flowing through the hot air passage is discharged from the hot air outlet while being guided by the inclined radiant glass, the flow velocity can be suppressed. The radiant window itself and the radiant window are cooled by the cooling air flowing through the cold air passage, and it is possible to ensure that the radiant window itself and its surroundings deteriorate in a short period of time. Therefore, it is possible to provide a radiant hot air heater that is good for both radiant heating and warm air heating.
