Abstract

PURPOSE: To safely perform a battery replacement by using, a portable telephone power source, a primary battery-used packed battery having compatibility with a conventional secondary battery-used packed battery, and connecting a charge preventing diode to an internal electronic circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a packed battery for simple portable telephone, particularly, a facing resin case 1 is vertically openable and closable to replace a cylindrical lithium primary battery 2 as occasion demand. The outer form and external contact terminal of this pack battery have compatibility with a conventional secondary battery-used backed battery. A diode 5 is set between the external terminal 3 and internal terminal 4 on the positive electrode side of the case 1, whereby the battery 2 is never charged even when erroneously set to a battery charger. Further, a thermosensitive element or thermal fuse may be set in series to the diode as a double countermeasure to charge prevention. The appearance color tone of the packed battery 2 is preferably yellow, orange, green or while which are opposite colors to the black, gray and blue frequently used in the secondary battery pack.
