There is. For example, the table 21 shown in FIG. 6 is provided with a pair of folding pedestals 23 on the back side of the top plate 22 on both sides in the lateral width direction. The foldable pedestal 23 has a pair of leg struts 23A in the depth direction, and is constructed by connecting the leg struts 23A via the horizontal rail portion 23B between the leg struts. Further, since the base end of the foldable pedestal 23 is hinged to the back surface side of the top plate 22, the tip of the leg stanchion is folded toward the center side of the top plate and is parallel to the back surface of the top plate. The folding posture and the standing posture orthogonal to the back surface of the top plate are displaced. A connecting portion 24 is provided at the center of the back surface of the top plate, and a single locking piece 25 is fixed. The locking piece 25 is made of wood and has elasticity, and grooves 26 are formed on both sides of the locking piece 25 so as to engage with the horizontal rail portion. To stand up the foldable pedestal 23 as shown in the figure, first rotate the foldable pedestal in the upright direction so as to push the locking piece 25 that is in contact with the horizontal rail portion 23B outward and open it. The locking piece 25 is pressed outward and the repulsive force in the direction of the top plate is stored. Then, when the standing of the foldable pedestal is completed, the groove 26 at the tip of the locking piece 25 fits into the horizontal rail portion 23B and restrains the foldable pedestal 23 in the standing posture. Further, in order to displace the foldable pedestal 23 from the standing posture shown in the drawing to the folding posture, first, the grooves 26 of the locking piece 25 are removed from the engaged horizontal rail portions 23B, and As described above, since the repulsive force acts in the direction of the top plate as described above, the repulsive force can rotate each foldable pedestal 23 in the folding direction (top side of the top plate) and restrain it at the folding position. it can. However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, since the elastic force cannot be appropriately set because the material is wood and the uniform elastic force cannot be maintained, the strength of the locking piece is high and the repulsive force is high in the initial stage of use. Is strong but fragile, there is a risk that the locking piece will crack or break if you push it open strongly, and if the locking piece is used for a long period of time, the strength of the locking piece will weaken and the elastic force will decrease and There is a risk that the pressing force will weaken and the lock will not function sufficiently as a lock for the folding pedestal. Further, since the groove is formed along the cross-sectional shape of the horizontal cross section, it is difficult to fit and disengage. Furthermore, since the contact area is wide when the foldable pedestal is fitted, the biasing force in the restraining direction and the friction do not interfere with each other. There is a drawback that it is difficult to disengage from the cross rail where the groove is fitted. If this groove is formed large, there is a drawback that wobbling occurs at the time of locking. Also, since the locking piece is integral, it must be molded to a length that matches the length of the top plate, and lacks versatility, and the top plate could not be used for folding type. .

The base ends of a pair of leg struts, which are connected via a horizontal cross section, are pivotally attached to the back side of the top plate, and the tips of the leg struts are folded toward the center side of the top plate so that they are parallel to the back side of the top plate. A locking structure for locking a folding pedestal, which is displaced between a tatami position and a standing position orthogonal to the top plate, by using a locking piece having elasticity during folding and standing, (b). The locking piece fixes the base end to the center side on the back of the top plate,
Arrange the tip side so that it always abuts against the folding pedestal, (c). When the table is stationary, the locking pedestal restrains the folded pedestal on the back of the top plate, and when the table is shaken or the like, a force greater than a predetermined amount acts in the standing direction of the foldable pedestal to restrain the restraint. Has elasticity set to the pressing force to be released, (d). A recess is formed at the tip to fit the cross rail when the folding pedestal is erected, (e). A technical measure is taken to provide a protrusion that abuts the side surface of the locking piece in the recess when the horizontal rail is fitted.

Next, when the seat is shaken and a force is applied to the folding pedestal in the standing direction, the folding pedestal pushes the locking piece against the pressing force of the locking piece and spreads it upright. It is rotated and displaced. When the cross rail and the recess on the tip side of the locking piece are aligned, the cross rail is fitted into the recess by the biasing force of the locking piece and pressed by the projection to be firmly hooked. When the engaging piece is lifted, the recess is disengaged from the horizontal rail, and if the foldable pedestal is rotated in the folding direction, it is combined with the biasing force of the locking piece toward the back of the top plate. The folding legs are displaced to the folding position, and as described above, the locking piece presses the outer end of the horizontal rail portion to restrain the folding posture.

更しうることは勿論である。A preferred embodiment in which the folding structure of the folding pedestal of the table according to the present invention is used for a seat will be described below with reference to the drawings starting from FIG. The table 1 shown in FIG. 1 is made of wood and has a rectangular top plate 2.
The top plate 2 has a pair of folding pedestals 3 and 3 on the back side of the top plate 2 on both sides in the lateral width direction. This foldable pedestal 3 is a prismatic pedestal 3A, 3 in the depth direction.
A pair of A is provided, and a horizontal rail portion 3B having a narrower rectangular cross section is laterally bridged between the leg struts to connect the two so that they can be interlocked. In this foldable pedestal 3, since the base end of the pedestal support 3A is hinged to the back side of the top plate 2 with a hinge 8, the pedestal support 3A is shown in the figure.
Can be displaced between a folding posture in which the tip (ground side) is folded toward the center side of the top plate 2 and parallel to the back face of the top plate, and a standing posture orthogonal to the back face of the top plate 2 as shown in FIG. It has a folding structure. On the back surface of the top plate 2, a connecting portion 4 provided near the center in the lateral width direction and a base end is fixed to the connecting portion, and the tip end is the horizontal rail portion.
A pair of locking pieces 5 made of metal leaf springs extending beyond 3B are provided for each folding pedestal 3, 3. Here, the locking piece 5 is made of a plate spring material made of stainless steel, and as is clear from FIG. 3, the tip end side is bent into a substantially trapezoidal shape and a recess having a channel-shaped cross section that opens toward the back surface of the top plate. 6 is formed, and the tip is further extended outward so that the pulling piece 7
Is formed. The connecting portion 4 is fixed to the back surface of the top plate 2, and the base end of the locking piece 5 is integrally formed so that the locking piece 5 is arranged at a predetermined height in parallel with the back surface of the top plate. Is stuck to. The height of the locking piece 5 is set to be equal to or lower than the outermost height of the horizontal rail portion 3B when the folding pedestal 3 is folded, and the foldable type is set by the elasticity of the locking piece 5. It is set so that the pedestal 3 can be pressed and restrained at the folding position. The height of the locking piece 5 is set by the connecting portion 4, but the shape and configuration of the connecting portion 4 are not particularly limited. For example, it may be formed separately from the locking piece 5. Alternatively, the base end side of the locking piece 5 may be bent laterally in an L shape and directly fixed to the back surface of the top plate 2. Next, the recess 6 of the locking piece 5 is provided with protrusions 6A and 6B projecting inwardly on the groove walls facing each other. The protrusions 6A, 6B are hemispherical in shape, and are set so that the distance between the protrusion ends of the protrusions 6A, 6B is substantially the same as the thickness L1 of the horizontal rail 3B. Therefore, the groove width of the recess 6 is set to be larger than the thickness L1 of the horizontal cross section 3B, so that the horizontal cross section 3B is easily fitted into the recess 6. Next, regarding the elasticity of the locking piece 5, when the force does not act in the standing direction on the folding pedestal such as when the table is stationary, the folded pedestal is set on the top plate. There is a pressing force to restrain on the back side, and when a force more than a predetermined value acts in the standing direction of the folding pedestal by shaking the table etc., the folding pedestal stands up against the above pressing force. The elastic force that enables the rotation in the direction is experimentally determined and given. As a result, when the foldable pedestal 3 is folded, the foldable pedestal 3 is maintained in the folded posture parallel to the back surface of the top plate by the pressing force of the locking piece 3 (FIG. 5 (a)). )reference). When the seat is shaken or a force is applied to the folding pedestal 3 in the standing direction, the folding pedestal 3 pushes the locking piece 5 against the pressing force of the locking piece. It is expanded and pivotally displaced in the standing direction (see FIG. 5 (b)). As a result, the locking piece 5 has an increased urging force (repulsive force) toward the rear surface of the top plate 2. Then, when the foldable pedestal 3 is moved to the standing position where the horizontal rail 3B and the recess 6 on the tip side of the locking piece 5 are aligned, the horizontal rail 3B is recessed by the biasing force of the locking piece 5. Is fitted into the recess 6
The protrusions 6A and 6B in the inner portion abut against each other by point contact to stop the rotational displacement of the folding pedestal 3 and lock it at the standing position (see FIG. 5 (c)). As described above, the foldable pedestal 3 in this standing posture has the protrusions 6A and 6A.
Since it is only constrained by a small contact area with B, the engagement between the concave portion 6 and the horizontal cross section 3B can be released by simply lifting the engagement piece 5 lightly. Then, when the foldable pedestal 3 is rotated in the folding direction, the biasing force of the locking piece 5 toward the back surface of the top plate is transmitted to the foldable pedestal 3 via the horizontal cross section 3B, The folding displacement of the foldable pedestal 3 in the folding direction is urged to automatically move to the folding position. Then, as described above, the horizontal rail portion in which the locking piece 5 is completely folded
Press the outer edge of 3B to restrain the folded state. FIG. 4 shows a different embodiment of the locking piece 5. A stopper piece 6C extending in the extension direction of the groove wall on the tip side of the recess 6 is integrally provided on the locking piece 5. The stopper piece 6C is a stopper for restraining the movement of the horizontal rail portion 3B when the horizontal rail portion 3B is rotationally displaced in the upright direction and tries to move beyond the recess portion 6, and it is more reliable. 6
The engagement with can be ensured. The stopper piece 6C can be easily manufactured by cutting and raising a portion of the locking piece 5 on which the projection 6B of the groove wall is not formed. Incidentally, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the protrusion is provided on the wall surface of the recess,
It may be provided on all three surfaces, or on any one wall surface. Further, in the present invention, the protrusion may not be provided at all. In addition, it goes without saying that various design changes can be made without changing the gist of the present invention.

Also, since the recess of the locking piece and the horizontal cross section abut on each other with a small area through the projection, the locking piece can be easily removed when folding, and the opening of the recess is formed larger than the horizontal cross section. Since it is easy to insert, it does not wobble when locked. Since the length of the locking piece corresponds to the shape of the folding pedestal, it is not necessary to form the locking piece for each size of the top plate as in the conventional case, and when using the same folding pedestal The same locking piece can be used for the same regardless of the size of the top plate, increasing versatility. Since the locking piece is attached to each foldable pedestal, it can be used even if the top plate is foldable.
