That is, the present invention relates to a corrugated plastic pipe in which a large number of corrugated portions are provided in the circumferential direction over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, and one portion of the pipe wall is cut off along the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the pipe to form a split structure. Of the vertical splitting structure and the pipe wall at a portion spaced a desired distance from each other are formed into a flexible portion having a narrow width and a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pipe over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the pipe. A plastic pipe with a splitting wave, characterized in that the pipe wall ends of the structure part are mutually detachable.

In this invention, the tube itself has excellent flexibility, and the tube is formed by a flexible portion having a narrow width and a cross section orthogonal to the tube longitudinal direction provided over the entire length of the tube in the longitudinal direction. The spreadability of the split structure is remarkably improved, and the work of inserting the laying cable can be performed with almost no need for a separate tool.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the most preferable example of the present invention. In the figure, (1) is a corrugated plastic pipe, which has a narrow width at a part of its circumference along the entire length of the pipe in the longitudinal direction and has a narrow cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pipe. A flexible structure (2) is provided, and the pipe wall of the other portion on the diametrically opposite side is split into pieces by alternately separating the pipe wall ends over the entire length in the pipe longitudinal direction by the detachable structure (3). is there.

The positional relationship between the detachable structure part (3) and the flexible part (2) having a narrow width and a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pipe having a mountain shape or a corrugation is as shown in FIG. The opening width of the engagement / disengagement structure part (3) may be slightly smaller in this case, but the diameter of the cable (7) or the like does not hinder the construction.

The flexible portion (2) having a narrow width and a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pipe is not particularly specified, but for example, as shown in the drawing, the cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pipe (1) is chevron-shaped. It is preferable to use a corrugated shape in order to increase the opening / closing property of the detachable structure part. Further, if the plate-like shape having a wave in the longitudinal direction is used, the degree of impairing the flexibility of the tube itself can be reduced.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, if the flexible portion (3) having a narrow width and a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pipe is provided at two locations on the circumference of the pipe, the opening / closing property is further improved. Will be improved.

Further, the engagement structure of the disengageable structure part (3) may be modified in various manners, the detailed explanation of which is omitted, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is shown in FIGS.

As described in detail above, the present invention, in the corrugated plastic pipe as described above, has a small width over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the pipe wall of the corrugated plastic pipe at a portion at a desired interval from the above-mentioned split structure portion. In addition, by forming a flexible portion having a mountain-shaped or corrugated cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pipe, and by making the pipe wall ends of the above-mentioned split structure part capable of being engaged and disengaged with each other, a pipe for an existing electric wire cable can be obtained. When the cover is put on, it can be attached extremely quickly, and no adhesive tape winding is required, so that workability thereof can be remarkably improved.
