As a loading and holding means for the roll-shaped recording paper, there has been a conventional one as shown in FIG. In the figure, (1) is a roll-shaped recording paper. The shaft (3) is passed through the through hole (2) formed at the center of the roll-shaped recording (1). Both ends of the shaft (3) are rotatably supported by the recesses (5) formed on the support member (4). When the paper end (1A) of the roll-shaped recording paper (1) is pulled out by an external drive system (not shown), the roll-shaped recording paper (1) is rotated to feed the paper. Was there.

However, the shaft (3) penetrates through the through hole (2) formed in the center of the roll-shaped recording paper (1), and both ends of the shaft (3) are recessed (5) formed on the support member (4). This series of operations, ie, to make the recording medium to be supported by), was extremely difficult for a roll-shaped recording paper having a long winding length and a heavy weight.

The roll-shaped recording paper (12) is rotatably placed without supporting the center of rotation by bringing the circumferential surfaces into contact with the bottom portion (11A) and the wall portion (11B) in the case (11). When the paper end (12A) of the roll-shaped recording paper (12) is pulled by an external drive system (not shown), the roll-shaped recording paper (12) is pulled to the bottom (11A).
The paper was delivered by rotating while abutting on the wall (11B).

(12)が斜行や蛇行現象を生じる原因となっていた。However, according to the above configuration, the load on the roll-shaped recording paper (12) is increased in proportion to the weight of the roll-shaped recording paper (12). Short rolls have a small roll diameter and the roll-shaped recording paper (12) itself has a light weight, whereas long rolls have a large roll diameter and the roll-shaped recording paper (12) has a heavy weight. Therefore, the longer the winding, the greater the change in the self-weight during the consumption, that is, the change in the load. By the way, it is necessary to set the paper feed drive system to have an ability corresponding to the maximum load. Therefore, as the roll-shaped recording paper (12) becomes thinner, the power of the drive system becomes more surplus, and this surplus power becomes a source of vibration and noise of the equipment. In addition, since a drive system that can withstand the maximum load is used, the device is increased in size, consumes much energy, and requires an elastic cooling device, which hinders downsizing of the device. Further, since the load fluctuation is large, the back tension balance at the time of feeding the paper cannot be maintained, which causes the skewed or meandering phenomenon of the roll-shaped recording paper (12).

供することを目的とする。(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the roll-shaped recording paper holding device as described above, the shaft is pierced through the through hole formed at the center of the roll-shaped recording paper,
Since both ends of the shaft are configured to be supported by the recesses formed in the supporting member, this complicated series of operations is performed especially when the roll-shaped recording paper having a long winding length and heavy weight that cannot be held by one hand is loaded in the holding device. When doing this, the operability was poor, and it was inconvenient for the device user. Further, the circumferential surface of the roll-shaped recording paper is brought into contact with the lower surface and the back surface of the case connected to each other in a substantially L shape, and the roll-shaped recording paper is rotatably mounted without supporting the rotation center. In the above, since the self-weight of the recording paper directly affects the frictional force with the lower surface, a large feeding force is required for a roll-shaped recording paper having a long winding length and a large winding diameter at the start of use. The feeding force becomes smaller as the winding diameter becomes smaller and the self-weight decreases, but the power of the drive system for feeding the paper for feeding is set to the feeding force when the winding diameter is large. The surplus power became a source of vibration and noise as the power became smaller. Also, in the drive system,
Since the drive system assuming the maximum load is used, the entire device becomes larger and the energy consumption increases accordingly, so a forced cooling device had to be added to the drive system. Further, since the load fluctuation is large, the back tension balance at the time of feeding the paper cannot be maintained, and there is a defect that the roll-shaped recording paper skews or meanders. Therefore, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned problems, reduces the load fluctuation, and can unwind the roll-shaped recording paper with a small driving force, and moreover, the roll-shaped recording paper holding device can easily load the roll-shaped recording paper. The purpose is to provide.

A roll-shaped recording paper comprising a bottom portion formed by a plurality of rotating rollers which are horizontally or inclinedly supported between plates, and the wall portion is rotatably mounted on the bottom portion without supporting its rotation center. The roll-shaped recording paper is provided at a position that prevents the roll-shaped recording paper from rotating, and the lower portion of the outer peripheral surface of the roll-shaped recording paper is supported on the rotating roller, so that the loosening can be prevented. To do.

By providing the wall portion formed by the above, by making the friction when the above roll recording paper is fed out to be rolling friction, load fluctuation is reduced even with long and heavy roll recording paper. With a relatively small driving force, the paper can be easily unwound without causing skew or meandering.

When the paper edge (25A) of the roll-shaped recording paper (25) is pulled by an external drive system (not shown), the roll-shaped recording paper (25) rolls so that the roll-shaped recording paper (25) comes into contact with the wall (22). Load the recording paper (25). That is, when the paper end (25A) of the roll-shaped recording paper (25) is pulled by an external drive system, the roll-shaped recording paper (25) moves in the direction of the arrow B and its outer peripheral surface becomes the wall portion (22). Always abutted. The wall portion (22) prevents the roll-shaped recording paper (25) from moving. Also, the lower part of the outer peripheral surface of the roll-shaped recording paper (25) is always the rotating roller (23)
Since it is supported above, it does not loosen, and the friction is small, and load fluctuations are small even for long and heavy roll-shaped recording paper. Therefore, with relatively small driving force, paper can be easily moved without causing skew or meandering. You can unwind the roll.

When the paper edge (25A) of the roll-shaped recording paper (25) is pulled by an external drive system (not shown), the roll-shaped recording paper (25) rolls so that the roll-shaped recording paper (25) comes into contact with the wall (22). Load the recording paper (25). That is, roll recording paper (2
When the paper edge (25A) of 5) is pulled by an external drive system,
Due to this tensile stress and its own weight, the roll-shaped recording paper (25) moves in the direction of arrow C and its outer peripheral surface is always brought into contact with the wall portion (22). The wall portion (22) prevents the roll-shaped recording paper (25) from moving. Roll recording paper (25)
Since the lower part of the outer peripheral surface of is always supported on the rotating roller (23), it does not come loose. Moreover, since the wall portion (22) is also formed by a plurality of rotating rollers (23A), when the roll-shaped recording paper (25) is unwound, the outer periphery of the roll-shaped recording paper (25) has rolling friction instead of sliding friction. Therefore, the friction becomes smaller than that in the first embodiment.
By reducing the friction in this way, even long and heavy roll-shaped recording paper can be easily unwound with less load fluctuation and a relatively small driving force.

全体を小型にすることも可能である。As described above, the roll-shaped recording paper is rotatably placed on the bottom portion formed by the plurality of rotating rollers, and the roll-shaped recording paper is moved in the direction in which the roll-shaped recording paper is fed out. By providing the wall portion formed by the above, the roll-shaped recording paper can be loaded simply by placing it on the bottom portion, and can be easily removed at the time of replacement. When the roll-shaped recording paper is fed out, the difference in frictional force is reduced and the required back tension is generated. Therefore, even if the roll-shaped recording paper is long and heavy, the load fluctuation is small, and the skew is fed with a relatively small driving force. Stable paper feed can be maintained without causing any meandering. Further, since the load variation is small, the surplus power of the drive system can be reduced, so that it is possible to reduce the size of the entire device without generating vibrations or noise sources.
