Description of the Related Art In recent years, in particular, household appliances, such as tools used around water, such as washbasins, bath lids, bath stands (stools), and slimming of cutting boards, toothbrushes, etc. In order to prevent these problems, it has come to be practiced to knead an antibacterial agent into the plastic constituting the article. So-called antibacterial plastic products.

The tendency to kill bacteria in water to prevent foul odors and slime and to obtain clean water from a hygienic point of view has become stronger. Therefore, ozone sterilization and chlorine sterilization are generally widely used. Bacterial filtration and capture has also been put to practical use.

For example, regarding antibacterial plastic products, at present, an antibacterial agent is kneaded into a plastic such as polyethylene and molded into a desired shape. However, in this case, about 5% of the antibacterial agent is added to maintain the physical properties of the plastic. However, the antibacterial effect is very weak because only the surface of the product has antibacterial activity. Further, since plastic has a low affinity with water, it cannot be sufficiently contacted with water containing bacteria, and cannot be practically used for the purpose of sterilizing a large amount of water.

Bacterial capture by a micropore filter is also effective, but in this case, the growth of captured bacteria and the resulting clogging become a problem.

Although disinfection is performed in the patient's room, it is only performed regularly by spraying a disinfectant, etc., and it imparts an antibacterial function to the ceiling and walls of the patient's room to permanently keep bacteria in the air touching them. No suitable means of sterilization is currently found.

That is, the solid substance having an antibacterial function of the present invention is formed by solidifying a kneaded product containing cellulose acetate, a solvent thereof, and an antibacterial agent. The method for producing a solid material having an antibacterial function of the present invention is a cellulose acetate, a solvent thereof,
It is characterized in that an antibacterial agent is mixed and kneaded, the kneaded product is molded into an arbitrary shape, and then dried and solidified.

When a deodorizing function is added in addition to the antibacterial function, activated carbon or other deodorant, or wood chips or pulp containing the deodorant may be mixed. A commercially available antibacterial agent is used as the antibacterial agent. As the cellulose acetate, cellulose diacetate, cellulose triacetate or the like is used.

It becomes a kneaded product. The degree of dissolution is
It can be adjusted by the amount of the solvent and the stirring time. The viscosity can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of the solvent and adding the alcohol. When the alcohol is added, the solvent is diluted and the kneaded product is easily formed into a clay-like arbitrary shape.

For example, when used for sterilizing aquatic bacteria, it can be molded into a board shape to form an antibacterial board, and the antibacterial board can be installed in a stream of water.
The surface of the antibacterial board has appropriate dimensions (for example, diameter 5-6 mm).
It is desirable to increase the area of contact with water by forming through holes of (about). The through-holes may be formed at the same time as the board is formed by using a board-forming mold on which the through-hole forming pins are projected. After the board is formed, it may be punched by a drill, punched by a press, or the like. You can go.
For sterilization in a large-capacity tank, it is effective to provide a container loaded with a large number of the antibacterial boards produced in this way and forcibly circulate using a pump so that water can pass through the container. A granular antibacterial solid substance (for example, an antibacterial pellet having a diameter of about 5 mm) may be prepared, and a large number of the antibacterial solid substances may be put in a container so that water can pass through the container. When performing permanent sterilization in the patient room, the antibacterial board itself can be used as a building material and used as a ceiling board or wall board in the patient room, or a thin antibacterial board is laminated on the surface of another material. It may be adhered to form a building material having an antibacterial function, and this may be used as a ceiling board or a wall board in a hospital room.

Acetate is gradually regenerated from the less volatile solvent,
Cellulose acetate is preferable because it has a coarse film density and becomes porous and water can easily enter and leave.

This antibacterial board is provided with 200 through holes each having a diameter of 6 mm, and 5 antibacterial boards with holes are loaded in a stainless steel container at intervals of 20 mm, and water is pumped between a well water tank having a capacity of 1 ton and the container. When forced circulation was performed, the sterilization effect as shown in Table 1 was confirmed.

It was cut into a length of mm to form a pellet, and naturally dried to prepare an antibacterial pellet. When 10,000 antibacterial pellets were loaded in a stainless steel container and water was forcedly circulated through a cooling water tank having a capacity of 500 liters and the container by a pump, the number of general bacteria was reduced to 1/4 after 24 hours.

Cellulose acetate coating has moderate hydrophilicity. Therefore, the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial agent is sufficiently exerted over a long period of time, and the antibacterial agent can be used for various purposes. For example, it is possible to mold it into a board shape or a pellet shape and use it for sterilization of aquatic bacteria, and to form a thin board shape by laminating it on the surface of a plate material of another material to construct a building material, or By constructing a building material by molding it into a relatively thick board, and using this building material for the ceiling or wall of a patient's room, it is possible to perform permanent sterilization of the room. In addition, a deodorizing function can be added to the solid matter by adding activated carbon or another deodorant.
