(Prior Art) For electronic device wiring, a so-called multi-core flat type electric wire formed by arranging a plurality of flat rectangular conductors in parallel and laminating insulating tape from above and below is used. As a connector for such a multi-core flat type electric wire, a thin plate of an insulator is adhered to the exposed conductor (12) of the end portion of the electric wire (10) to reinforce (11) so that it has a function of a male contact ( (See FIGS. 4 and 5), a method in which a connector having a female contact is inserted and connected is widely used. According to this method, there is an advantage that the wiring work can be simplified and that the wire drawing direction can be easily changed to vertical (vertical) or parallel (horizontal) to the board by changing the direction of the solder tail of the connector. .

(Problems to be solved) However, in such a connector, in the case of the vertical type, the wiring work is easy by simply inserting the multi-core flat type wire from above, but the problem is that the mounting height becomes large when mounting on a board. There is a point. On the other hand, in the case of the horizontal type, the mounting height can be reduced, but when there is no connector at the end of the board, it is difficult to connect wires because the end of the wire cannot be pinched with fingers. For example, as shown in FIG. If it is located in the center of 13),
Bend the wire (10) with the reinforcing tape (11) (1
4) Since there is no choice but to grab the part and push it in, there is a problem that the electric wire is seriously damaged.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention solves the problems described above, and provides a connector for a multi-core flat electric wire which is easy to connect while suppressing the mounting height on a board to be low. Is a block located on both sides of the lower part of the molded part of the connector, with a taper part on the top surface, the taper part of which is reduced in thickness at a selected angle within the range of 20 to 70 ° rearward from the front surface. Due to the fitting, the pulling direction of the electric wire is inclined upward with respect to the substrate at a selected angle within the above range.

As described with reference to FIG. 3, legs (4) and grooves (4) formed by the legs (4) are formed on both sides of the lower portion of the mold portion (1) of the connector to prevent flux from rising during soldering of the board. 5) is provided. The groove (5) is fitted with a block (6) having a taper portion (61) on the upper surface as shown in FIG. 2 (a), and the solder tail (3) of the connector is connected as shown in FIG. 2 (b). When bent in the direction of the arrow, the electric wire (10) becomes a connector that is pulled out obliquely as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the mating block (6) has a taper angle (6
There is a taper part (61) with 3), and any inclination can be obtained by selecting the taper angle (63). This taper angle (63) is 20 ~ considering the workability when inserting the electric wire (10) and the mounting height to be lower than the vertical type.
It is preferable to set it in the range of 70 °, and if it is less than 20 °, the workability of inserting the wire is poor, and if it exceeds 70 °, the mounting height does not change much from the vertical type. Further, in the drawing, (62) is a wall of the block (6) for preventing the rotation of the connector and preventing the connector from floating when the electric wire (10) is inserted.

When mounting such a connector on the board (13),
Even if the connector is located in the center of the board (13) as shown in the figure, there is no need to bend the wires as in the past.
It can be grasped as it is and inserted straight and easily.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the connector for a multi-core flat type electric wire of the present invention, the mounting height of the electric wire including the reinforcing tape can be made lower than that of the conventional vertical type connector. Since it is not necessary to position it at the end portion of the board unlike the horizontal connector, the degree of freedom of wiring is increased.
