The UV-curable adhesive is cured in an extremely short time before the adhesive is cured, and the joint position is decided. Therefore, it is possible to bond and fix the ink contact members in an extremely short time. Since the adhesive is placed in the gap between the contact members of the ink to be adhered, and is covered with the ultraviolet curable adhesive on the outside of the ink in the gap, The ink-resistant adhesive is securely placed where it is needed, and there is no risk of leaking to the outside of the ink in the gaps, and the curing position is set reliably, so it has excellent ink resistance and adhesive strength where necessary. Bonding can be performed and the workability of bonding is dramatically improved. Thus, the above-mentioned conventional problems can be solved, and the production efficiency of the ink jet recording head can be greatly improved.
