間の大幅な短縮(従前より1/2〜1/3)を図り、かつ容易
に、しかも確実に固定できるようにしたパネル取付構造

以下に、図面を用いて本発明に係るパネル取付構造の一
実施例について詳細に説明する。すなわち、第1図は本
発明に係るパネル取付構造(横張り)の一実施例を示す
一部切り欠き斜視図であり、1は躯体、あるいは既存外
壁、2は胴縁でパネル7を装着する下地として機能する
ものである。さらに説明すると、胴縁2は例えば第2図
(a)〜(d)に示すように形成したものであり、パネ
ル装着面3に後記する取付具13を嵌挿する装着孔4を適
宜ピッチP、例えP=300〜600mm位で穿設し、前記パネ
ル装着面3と段差Hを設けてフランジ状の固定片5を形
成し、この固定片5に平行に、もしくは千鳥状に取付孔
6を穿設し、これを介して釘、アンカーボルト等で躯
体、あるいは既存外壁1に水平、または垂直に一定ピッ
チで配列固定して下地を構成する。なお、装着孔4の形
状としては取付具13の形状に対応するが、一例としては
角孔、長方形孔、楕円孔、長円形孔、等の1種位から形
成する。パネル7は建築、構築物の内、外壁材として使
用するもので、主に金属板(カラー鋼板、ステンレス
板、アルミニウム板、銅板、チタン)の単体、またはプ
ラスチックフォームを芯材とし、これを上記表面材と裏
面紙とでサンドイッチ構造とした板体等の1種からな
り、その具体例としては第3図(a)〜(v)に示すよ
うな断面に形成したもの等である。さらに説明すると、
パネル7は雄型連結部8、雌型連結部9、化粧面10、固
定面11と固定面11に一定ピッチで穿設した固定孔12とか
形成したものである。なお、固定孔12の大きさ、形状は
取付具13の形状と寸法に対応し、パネル7を胴縁2に確
実に、かつ離脱なく装着できる形状とする。取付具13は
パネルの固定面に密着して使用される平板状のストッパ
部14と、ストッパ部14の上端にてストッパ部14に対して
垂直に屈曲した平板状の係合部15と、係合部15の他端を
係合部15に対して下方へ鋭角に折り返してなる平板状の
係合爪15aを有し、全幅はいずれの箇所にても装着孔
4、固定孔11の横方向の全幅より若干狭く構成されてい
るものであり、パネル7の固定孔12と胴縁2の装着孔4
とを合致させ、これに嵌め殺し的に係合部15を嵌挿し
て、係合爪15aの係止力によって一体に固定するもので
ある。さらに説明すると、取付具13は第4図(a)また
は(b)に示すように形成するものであり、金属、プラ
スチックからなる弾性材を押出、プレス、ロール成形等
してストッパ部14と係合部15とを有し、嵌挿時に係合部
15の係合爪15aが装着孔4に係止することによって前記

対応するピッチで固定孔を設け、また前記取付具は平板
状で前記パネルの固定面に密着するストッパ部と、該ス
トッパ部の上端にてストッパ部に対して垂直に屈曲した
平板状の係合部と、該係合部の先端を係合部に対して下
方へ鋭角に折り返してなる平板状の係合爪を有し、スト
ッパ部、係合部、及び係合爪の横方向の全幅が前記装着
孔、固定孔の横方向の全幅より若干狭く構成されている
ことを特徴とするパネル取付構造。1.
