が設けられており、これらフック14と受具14A との係脱
によってチャンバ6から真空ポンプ7が着脱できるよう
に構成されている。また、前記チャンバ6の底部は擂鉢
状の彎曲面 6A が形成され、この彎曲面 6A の下端に
は、前記汚物タンク8の上面に設けた取入口15と対向し
て開口部16が穿設され、開口部16には、真空ポンプ7の

は開となるように構成された弁体17が装着されている。
