Examples of conventional machines using this type of levitation material include those shown in FIG. 1 of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-42735 and those shown in FIG. 1 of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-18181. . Each of these is an upward flow type excess using a levitation material,
When the material is clogged, it is regenerated by unraveling the material using a stirring blade.

However, in this type of machine using levitation materials, the larger the equipment, the lighter the weight of the material, so no matter how vigorous the stirring is, the clogged material cannot be unraveled and the clogged material is removed. In addition, it cannot be stirred uniformly and cannot be washed uniformly.

In view of this, the present invention proposes that the material layer portion is partitioned so that the material can be uniformly and reliably agitated, and the water flow is used as the agitating means instead of a mechanical one while the apparatus is made large. It is a feature.

The gist of this is that in the excess device using the levitation material, the levitation material is filled in the excess chamber, the supply port for the undiluted solution is opened at the bottom, and the water collecting nozzle is provided in the ceiling wall portion. The part where the timber layer is formed is divided by a partition wall or ceiling support column that hangs from the ceiling wall, and water collecting nozzles are installed on the ceiling wall at the center of the compartment and the lower surface of the timber layer is formed at the center. The discharge port of the washing water is opened toward this.

以下、図面に基づいて、この考案を具体的に説明する。
That is, in the device according to the present invention, the material layer portion of the excess chamber is divided into several chambers, and the outlet of the washing water is opened in each of the partitioned chambers, so that when the material is clogged, it is washed. At this time, only the material in the compartment needs to be agitated, so that the material can be uniformly and reliably agitated and washed. Also, the water flow used for washing does not cause a water flow in the entire excess chamber, and it is sufficient to apply the water flow only to the timber layer portion, and therefore a small amount of power is sufficient.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is an excess chamber, 2 is a levitation material filled in the excess chamber, and 3 is a partition wall that is suspended from a ceiling wall of the excess chamber 1 by a thickness of approximately a material layer. The partition wall may be a wall formed by connecting the upper portions of the ceiling support columns. Reference numeral 4 is a stock solution (raw water) supply pipe, and 5 is a drainage port. Next, reference numeral 6 is a water collecting nozzle provided on the ceiling wall of each compartment, and 7 is a discharge pipe of the material washing water opened toward the lower surface of the material layer of each compartment, which is connected to the backwash pump 8. . Reference numeral 9 is a draft tube for washing water, 10 is a water flow pipe for collecting sand, and 11 is a sand collecting pump. FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of an excess chamber, and such an excess chamber is used alone or in combination to form an excess device. It should be noted that in FIG. 1, a basket type nozzle is used as the water collecting nozzle, but in FIG. 2, a flat wire mesh is used. In each case, the catchment is 2 m / mφ or less.

In the apparatus thus constructed, the undiluted solution supplied from the supply pipe 4 is passed by the levitation material 2, and the solution is taken out of the apparatus through the water collecting nozzle 6. When the material is clogged due to such overoperation, the supply of the stock solution is stopped and the backwash pump 8 circulates and circulates the raw water in the excess chamber 1 to agitate the floating material 2 to clog the material. Can be separated and settled, and only the clogging can be discharged to the outside of the device by utilizing the difference in specific gravity from the material. (Refer to arrow (a)) In washing the clogged levitation material, in the present invention, the levitation material portion in the excess chamber 1 is partitioned,
Since the cleaning water discharge port 7 is opened toward the floating material layer in this compartment, the cleaning water from this discharge port hits this material layer intensively, and the clogged and solidified material is also unraveled. You can In this way, by washing the material of each section in the excess chamber 1, the material of the entire excess chamber can be washed. The power of the backwash pump 8 required for this washing is also small because the washing water is concentrated near the material layer to unravel the material.

As described above, since the present invention is light in weight, it is possible to uniformly and surely clean the levitation material of a large-sized machine that was difficult to clean, thus increasing the size of the machine using the levitation material. It is a great contribution to the above.
