ンク含溜層と、更に該インク含溜層の外側に被覆する様
にバックシートに紙製あるいは織物等からなる孔版印刷
原紙を配設し、又孔版印刷原紙が孔版を支持する不織布
層あるいは織布層と、文字や図柄等と対応する多数の孔
部を有するPETフィルム層あるいはサランフィルム層
からなる孔版とからなるものである。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例を添付図面で詳細に説
明する。図1は、本発明による版胴を備えた印刷装置の
一つの実施例を示す概略説明図で、図2は、本発明によ
る第一の版胴の実施例を示す断片的な拡大断面図で、図
3は、本発明による第2の版胴の実施例を示す断片的な
拡大断面図である。又、図4は、従来例を示す孔版印刷
用版胴の断片的な拡大断面図で、円筒体ロール21に多
数の孔部61が設けられ、内部から送られた印刷インク
を外部に通過させるのである。又、12は合成樹脂層、
13は織布である。本発明の印刷装置は、所定の幅を有
する円筒体版胴1を有し、該円筒体版胴1は、自身の中
心軸Cの周りを反時計周り方向に図示していない電動
機により回転駆動されている。又、前記円筒体版胴1の
外周の一部には孔版印刷原紙5等の取付耳部を係止する
原紙取付クランパー7を有しており、この原紙取付クラ
ンパー7に取付耳部を係止した孔版印刷原紙5等は円筒
体版胴1の外周面に密着保持され、円筒体版胴1と一体
的に回転する。該円筒体版胴1には、印刷インクが印刷
用金属ロール2に附着しない様に、樹脂系のフィルム層
3で被覆されている。又、該フィルム層3の外周面には
保水性がありかつ印刷インク溜め用として、比較的厚い
フェルト状のインク含溜層4が配設されている。このイ
ンク含溜層4とフィルム層3とをカートリッジ方式にす
れば、保管も簡単でしかも後日何度も利用でき便利であ
る。又、前記インク含溜層4の外側には、光熱体により
穿孔された文字や図柄等と対応する多数の孔部6を有し
たPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)フィルム層あ
るいはサランフィルム層とからなる孔版52と、該孔版
52を支持する不織布層あるいは織布層51とからなる
孔版印刷原紙5が配設されている。これらフィルム層
3、インク含溜層4及び孔版印刷原紙5を一体にして、
前記原紙取付クランパー7にセットする。次に円筒体版
胴1の外周面には、該円筒体版胴1に対向してプレスロ
ーラー8が回転自在に設けられ、図示しないがバネ力等
により前記円筒体版胴1の外周面に向けて可撓的に押付
けられている。印刷を行う印刷板紙11は、図示しない
が給紙台上に積載されていて、給紙ローラーによって一
枚ずつ取出され、対をなすタイミングローラー9により
所定の時期に前記円筒体版胴1の外周面に装着されてい
る孔版印刷原紙5とプレスローラー8との間に送られ、
この間を通過する際に前記孔版印刷原紙5の孔部6を通
過してきた印刷インクが転写され、印刷完了後、排紙台
(図示せず)上に載置されるようになっている。円筒体
版胴1に取付けられたインク含溜層4内の印刷インク
は、該インク含溜層4の外周面においてはその母線方向
に亙って一様に分布するようになり、これより孔版印刷
原紙5の孔部6を通過して印刷板紙11の表面に転写す
るのである。又、前記フィルム層3と前記インク含溜層
4との間に比較的厚い発泡プラスチック等からなるイン
ク供給層12を配設することにより、プレスローラー8
により押圧された印刷インクが循環して常時インク供給
層12に残留され、印刷インクの節約になると共に、常
に鮮明な印刷ができ、より効果的である。

次の様な実用上優れた効果を奏する。 (1)孔版印刷原紙に孔版として樹脂系のPET(ポリ
エチレンテレフタレート)フィルム層あるいはサランフ
ィルム層を使用し、該孔版を支持するために、不織布層
あるいは織布層を配設したので、孔版印刷原紙に破損や
シワが出ず便利である。 (2)円筒体版胴にフィルム層を被覆したので、印刷用
金属ロールが汚れず、その為印刷インクが変わっても、
その都度清掃する手間が省け実用的である。 (3)フィルム層とインク含溜層をカートリッジにする
ことにより、保管もでき又、後日何度も利用でき非常に
経済的である。 (4)フィルム層、インク含溜層及び孔版印刷原紙を、
各々の印刷板紙に合せたサイズにできるので、従来に比
べ設備投資や場所等を必要とせず経済的である。 (5)一枚の原紙を保管するだけで、各種サイズの印刷
が容易にでき能率的である。 (6)インク供給層を設けたので、印刷インクの節約に
なると共に、常時鮮明な印刷板紙が得られより効果的で
ある。
