て、防水等の目的でコンクリートスラブ面上に直接ウレ
タン樹脂を塗装して塗装ウレタン樹脂床を形成する方法
が採用されている。しかしながらコンクリートスラブ面
上に直接ウレタン樹脂を塗装して形成した従来の塗装ウ
レタン樹脂床では外気温の上昇によってコンクリート内
の水分が水蒸気となって放出されると、この水蒸気の逃
場がないために水蒸気がコンクリートスラブ面とウレタ
ン樹脂層との間に溜まってウレタン樹脂層の剥離の原因
となるとともに、ウレタン樹脂層が浮き上がって表面に
凹凸が生じる等の問題があった。また従来の塗装ウレタ
ン樹脂床ではコンクリートスラブに亀裂が入るとウレタ
ン樹脂層にも亀裂が生じ、防水の機能を果たさなくなる
という欠点もあった。

伝達しないようにすることのできる塗装ウレタン樹脂床
用中間シートを提供することを目的とするものである。

とともに、不織布2の有するクッション性によって塗装
ウレタン床に適度のクッション性が付与される。更にコ
ンクリートスラブ10に亀裂が生じても不織布2の緩衝作
用によってコンクリートスラブの亀裂が塗装ウレタン樹
脂層11に伝わって塗装ウレタン樹脂層11に亀裂が生じる
