Description
Claims (12)
- 1.流動床(1)での燃料の燃焼を伴うプロセス用に燃焼器(2)の入った圧力 容器(3),この燃焼器(2)内での燃焼中にできた煙道ガスを受けるためのガ スタービン(9),この燃焼器(2)内での燃焼中に燃焼空気として利用する空 気を圧縮するためにガスタービン(9)によって駆動される圧縮機(10),お よび流動床(1)内の管束(39)の中で発生した蒸気によって駆動される蒸気 タービン(41)を含むPFBC発電所の運転中に煙道ガスの公称動作温度を維 持するための方法において,この煙道ガス温度をこのプロセス用の公称レベルに 高めるために,この流動床(1)での燃焼中に発生した煙道ガス中の管束(39 )の下流て補足燃料を燃焼し,そこで上記煙道ガス中の酸素残分をこの補足燃料 の燃焼中に酸化剤として使うことを特徴とする方法。
- 2.請求項1による方法において,補足燃料供給をこの発電所の部分負荷運転中 に行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 3.請求項1による方法において,この補足燃料による燃焼をこの燃焼器(2) 内の流動床(1)の下流のフリーボード(4)で行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 4.請求項1による方法において,この補足燃料が可燃性ガス,例えば天然ガス から成ることを特徴とする方法。
- 5.請求項1による方法において,この補足燃料が可燃性液体,例えばパラフィ ン,またはディーゼル油,または燃料油から成ることを特徴とする方法。
- 6.請求項1による方法において,この補足燃料が固体燃料,例えば微粉にした 石炭,ビートまたは木屑から成ることを特徴とする方法。
- 7.請求項4または請求項5または請求項6による方法において,この補足燃料 を燃料ノズル(21)によって流動床(1)からの煙道ガス中に噴射し,且つ自 己点火することを特徴とする方法。
- 8.請求項4または請求項5または請求項6による方法において,この補足燃料 を搬送剤,例えば蒸気と共に噴射することを特徴とする方法。
- 9.請求項1による方法において,補足燃料の燃焼中に作られた加熱ガス/この 補足燃料供給中に発生したガスを混合器(22)によって煙道ガスの中でよく混 ぜることを特徴とする方法。
- 10.請求項1による方法において,脱出煙道ガスの温度をこの補足燃料供給に よってこのプロセス中に発生した煙道ガスに対する公称動作温度に,即ち好まし くは850℃ないし870℃の大きさのオーダの温度に上げることを特徴とする 方法。
- 11.請求項1による方法において,供給する補足燃料の最を,燃焼器(2)と ガスタービン(9)の間の煙道ガスダクト(8)内の測定酸素含有量と煙道ガス の温度とに依って制御することを特徴とする方法。
- 12.請求項1による方法において,石灰を硫黄含有補足燃料の噴射に関連して その噴射と同時に煙道ガスの中へ噴射することを特徴とする方法。
