るいはそのため材料が求められその形状と材質に大きな

属製のスリンガー(5)と補強環(6)へ弾性体製のシ
ールリップ(7)を複数配設したシール本体(8)との
組合わせからなっており、前記スリンガー(5)を略コ
字断面形状あるいは略逆L字断面形状に造形して外輪
(2)の外周部に嵌合装着し、シール本体(8)の補強
環(6)を前記スリンガー(5)の外側端まで延びて折
り返される略T字形状に造形して、その外周端部を内輪
(1)から立ち上がったハブ(4)の側面に取付固定せ
しめ、他方の内周部に形成したシールリップ(7)を前
記スリンガー(5)のコ字形内側周面または逆L字形内

配置固定されるので運転時ユニットから発せられる伝導
温の影響を全く受けないばかりか、シール装置自体が発
する摩擦熱も速やかに冷却されるためシール装置の使用
