難がある。In the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, in which warm water is circulated through the resin tube to perform floor heating, scale or the like is likely to accumulate inside the resin tube during long-term use. Due to such clogging of the resin tube, the heating efficiency is reduced, and maintenance such as cleaning the inside of the resin tube is required regularly.
For the maintenance, large-scale work such as removing the floor material is required. Further, this type of hot water circulating floor panel is costly in terms of equipment such as a boiler for supplying hot water, while the ceramic heater is costly to maintain in terms of power consumption. Moreover, in general,
The floor panel for heating does not have to be formed with a single floor panel in consideration of various floor areas, ease of construction, etc. A heat source such as a resin tube or a ceramic heater is attached to the panel to make it into a unit, and these floor panels are joined together to form a single floor panel. Therefore, to perform floor heating with floor panels divided in this way,
It is necessary to control the temperature for each floor panel or to connect the heat sources built into the floor panel in a loop to centrally control the heat sources. When controlling the temperature for each floor panel, maintenance costs are maintained. On the other hand, when the resin tubes or the ceramic heaters are connected in a loop shape, the work of connecting these leads to a longer construction period. A floor panel united with a heat source is usually designed according to a standard such as 6 tatami mat or 8 tatami mat. When laying on a floor surface other than such a standard, the floor panel lacks or There is a surplus part,
A floor panel with a heat source integrally assembled cannot be freely cut to match the floor surface, and the heat source part cannot be nailed, and the heat source part is a surface side floor material. It is covered, and it is difficult to work because it cannot be seen directly during construction.

In this case, by arranging the spacers 4 interposed between the floor materials 1 and 3 in a scattered manner, the gaps A formed between the adjacent floor panels 5 communicate with each other to form the warm air passage B. To be done. In addition, among the floor panels 5 laid on the floor surface, the three that are arranged on the right side edge of the room in the figure are the air-supply floor panels 5A,
The three left side edges arranged in the drawing are intake floor panels 5B, and the lower floor material 1 of each floor panel 5A, 5B is arranged under the floor, for example, circulating warm air type heating such as a fan heater. A mounting hole 9 into which the air supply duct 7 and the intake duct 8 connected to the device 6 are fitted is formed. Then, a finishing material 10 such as flooring, cork tile, or carpet is laid on the surface of the upper floor material 3 of each floor panel 5, 5A, 5B.

The space A in the air supply floor panel 5A arranged on the right side edge of the room in the figure, that is, the hot air passage B, enters the hot air passage B of each floor panel 5 adjacent to the air supply floor panel 5A. And returns to the heating device 6 from the air supply duct 7 attached to the intake floor panel 5B, and the hot air is circulated in the hot air passage B again.
By circulating hot air in the hot air passage B in this way,
Each floor panel 5, 5A, 5B is heated, and at this time, the reflection layer 2 covering the surface of the lower floor material 1 of each floor panel 5, 5A, 5B.
Thus, the heat is reflected to the upper floor material 3 side, and the upper floor material 3 side can be efficiently heated. And the heated upper floor material 3
It radiates heat from the room and warms the room.

るものである。As described above, in the present embodiment, the heating device 6 and the floor panels 5, 5A, 5B are separated from each other and configured independently of each other, and the floor panels 5, 5A, 5B themselves are provided with a heat source. Since it is not assembled, the floor panel 5, 5A, 5
Maintenance such as peeling B is unnecessary. In addition, the hot air passage A for circulating the hot air is sealed by the upper and lower floor materials 1 and 3, and has a thickness of 12 formed by the spacer 4.
Since the narrow hot air passage A having such a narrow width can be warmed with a small amount of heat energy, and the capacity of the heating device 6 used as a heat source can be suppressed, maintenance costs are not required. In addition, each floor panel 5, 5A, 5B that circulates warm air occupies most of the floor panel 5 and upper and lower floor materials 1, 3 that compose the intake floor panel 5B are formed by relatively inexpensive plywood such as veneer Therefore, the cost can be reduced. Moreover, each floor panel 5, 5A, 5B
When the warm air passes through the upper floor, as described above, the narrow hot air passage A sealed by the warm air is quickly warmed, and the upper floor is reflected by the reflected heat from the reflective layer 2 of the lower floor material 1. Since the material 3 is efficiently heated, there is little heat loss, and heat can be radiated from the heated upper floor material 3 to efficiently warm the air in the room, which is low in cost. The heating efficiency is also high. Then, the floor panel 5 for air supply and the floor panel 5 for air supply in which the air supply duct 7 and the air intake duct 8 of the circulating warm air type heating device 6 are mounted.
A and the floor panel 5B for intake are independently configured, and they are connected to each other and laid on the floor surface. Therefore, depending on the structure of the building, each floor panel 5, 5A is arranged so that warm air can be distributed most easily. , 5B can be freely combined, the floor panel 5 can be easily cut according to the shape of the floor surface, and nailing can be performed. Therefore, the workability is excellent. Further, since the floor panel 5 of the present invention does not have a heat source in the floor panel 5 itself, and has a very simple structure having the warm air passage B by simply interposing the spacer 4, it is only used for floor heating. Instead, it can be used, for example, as a substitute for a base material for a two-by-four house. In this case, the hot air passage B has an air layer structure, and functions as a heat insulating panel.

The same parts as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, a duct fan is installed in the air supply duct 7 and the intake duct 8 connected to the circulating warm air type heating device 6.
A sensor 21 such as a thermostat is installed at an appropriate position in the hot air passage B while incorporating 20. Then, by inputting a signal from the sensor 21 to a control circuit (not shown) of the controller, and controlling the duct fan 20 by this control circuit to control the amount of warm air circulated in the warm air passage A, It is possible to make the temperature uniform. Further, by controlling the duct fan 20 with the control circuit of this controller, for example, immediately after use, when there is a temperature difference between the air supply floor panel 5A and the intake floor panel 5B, the inside of the hot air passage A is It is possible to increase the ventilation rate of the warm air circulating in the room and shorten the rise time to provide comfortable heating.

The spacers may be arranged in a staggered manner so that they are staggered on a row-by-row basis, and the number and arrangement position of the spacers may be set appropriately. The floor material is not limited to veneers, various plywood, In addition to such wood, other materials such as a resin plate may be used. In addition, a warm air passage may be formed by laying a floor panel on concrete such as a concrete building, and a finishing material such as mortar may be provided on the upper surface of the floor panel. Further, although the floor panel for air supply is formed of a metallic material such as a copper plate, it may be made of plywood, like other floor panels. Also, although the floor panel has a rectangular shape, the shape is not limited to this, but a square, etc.
It may be set appropriately.
