Conventionally, as an idle roller supporting device in a belt conveyor, conventionally, on a side surface of a pillar standing on a base body arranged below a conveyor of a belt conveyor, a notch groove opening to an upper surface of the pillar is formed, A structure has been used in which a shaft portion which is relatively rotatably protruded from both ends of the idle roller via a bearing is fitted in the notch groove.

In the conventional supporting device, since the notch groove into which the shaft portion of the idle roller is fitted is formed on the upper surface of the support column, when the idle roller is removed from the support column, the idle roller is lifted upward and the idle roller is also removed. When the idle roller is mounted on the support column, the idle roller is lowered from above, and when the idle roller is replaced, the conveyor section of the belt conveyor must be lifted up.

However, in a state where the transported object remains on the belt conveyor, not only a great amount of labor is required to lift the transport unit, but also the transported object may fall when the transport unit is lifted, It was necessary to idle the belt conveyor until the transported object was not placed on the surface. Further, at the start end of the belt conveyor, a rubber strip is attached between the skirt board for preventing the transported objects such as earth and sand dropped at the start end from scattering and the upper surface of the transfer section of the belt conveyor. In this case, since the conveying portion is strongly pressed against the idle roller by the rubber strip, it is necessary to make it possible to lift the conveying portion by removing the rubber strip.

As described above, the conventional supporting device has a drawback that it requires time-consuming operation of the belt conveyor and attachment / detachment of the rubber strip, which is troublesome and that the interruption time of the conveyance due to the replacement of the idle roller becomes long.

Means for Solving the Problems The idle roller supporting device of the present invention is, as a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, at least one of a base body arranged below a conveying portion on which a conveyed object of a belt conveyor is placed. A plurality of columns, in which the book is located outside the transport unit, are erected, and the columns located outside the transport unit can be freely rotated relative to each other through bearings from both ends of an idle roller that touches the lower surface of the transport unit. Notch support part where one of the protruding shaft parts fits,
One of the shafts is formed so as to open laterally so that it can be removed in parallel with the transport unit, and a fitting groove that fits into the one shaft is opened at the lower edge to form a box-shaped stopper. The body is attached so that it can be removed from its support by upward movement, and a support hole facing the notch support is formed in the other support that is paired with the support located outside the transport section. In the support hole,
The other shaft portion of the idle roller can be swung substantially parallel to the transport portion between the posture in which the idle roller fits the one shaft portion in the notch support portion and the posture in which the idle roller is detached from the notch support portion. In this way, the idle roller is fitted in such a manner that it can be removed from its supporting hole by moving in the axial direction when one shaft is removed from the notch support.

Advantageous Effects and Advantages of the Invention The present invention has the above-described structure, and when the idle roller is attached, the idle roller is slanted with respect to a predetermined supporting posture and is moved in the axial direction, so that the other shaft portion is formed into the support hole. The shaft is inserted and fitted, and one shaft portion is fitted to the notch support portion by swinging the idle roller about the support hole substantially in parallel with the conveying portion of the belt conveyor. After that, by attaching the retaining body to the column and fitting the fitting groove of the retaining body to the one shaft portion, the one shaft portion is prevented from coming off the notch support portion, and the idle roller is placed in the predetermined posture. Supported.

When removing the idle roller, conversely to the above, remove the retaining body from the column and swing the idle roller to remove one shaft part from the notch support part, and remove the idle roller in an oblique position. By moving in the axial direction, the other shaft portion is pulled out from the support hole.

In addition, since the pillar to which the retaining member is attached and detached is located outside the conveyor of the belt conveyor, the retaining body does not interfere with the conveyor when attaching and detaching to the pillar. Thus, in the device of the present invention, the idle roller is attached and detached by swinging the idle roller substantially parallel to the conveyor of the belt conveyor and moving it in the axial direction. There is no need to lift the transport section when replacing.

Therefore, the object to be conveyed may remain on the belt conveyor, and since the rubber strip attached to the starting end of the belt conveyor does not have to be removed, idle operation of the belt conveyor and attachment / detachment of the rubber strip are performed. The effect is that it does not take time and effort. Further, since the labor of idle operation of the belt conveyor and the attachment / detachment of the rubber strip are not required, there is an effect that the interruption of the conveyance due to the replacement of the idle roller can be suppressed to the shortest time.

When the idle roller 10 is removed, first, the retaining member 22 is moved upward to remove it from the support column 9, and the idle roller 10 is swung in an inclined plane parallel to the conveyor section 3 of the belt conveyor 1. Thus, the one shaft portion 15a is detached from the notch support portion 20. Then, by moving the idle roller 10 in the axial direction, the other shaft portion 15b is pulled out from the support hole 28.

As described above, when the idle roller 10 is attached and detached, the idle roller 10 is operated by the belt conveyor 1
Instead of moving in the direction of approaching and separating from the lower surface of the transport unit 3, the swinging and axial movement in an inclined plane parallel to the transport unit 3 are performed. Therefore, when the idle roller 10 is attached or detached, it is not necessary to lift the conveyor section 3 of the belt conveyor 1 upward, and the conveyor section 3 is pressed against the idle roller 10.
The effort to remove 12 is saved, and the work of attaching and removing is easy.

In the apparatus of this embodiment, since the notch support portion 20 of the support column 9 and the support hole 28 of the support column 8 are also opened upward, the idle roller is used when the transport unit 3 of the belt conveyor 1 can be raised upward. It is also possible to attach / detach also by moving 10 in parallel in the vertical direction.

In addition, the support structure of the idle roller 10 by the two pillars 8 and 8 in the center is such that the shaft portions 15 at both ends of the idle roller 10 are formed in the notch grooves 31 and 31 formed on the supporting surfaces of the pillars 8 and 8 corresponding to each other.
15 is inserted from the front side of the columns 8, 8 and the opening of the notch groove 31 to the front side is closed by the retaining body 33 to prevent the shafts 15 and 15 from being pulled out, and thus the idle roller 10 Will be supported. And when removing the idle roller 10,
By removing the stoppers 33, 33 from the mounting cylinders 34, 34, the openings of the notch grooves 31, 31 are opened, and the idle roller 10 is horizontally moved in parallel with the central portion of the conveyor 3 of the belt conveyor 1. It's happening all the time.

1. A plurality of support posts, at least one of which is located outside the transfer section, are erected on a base body which is arranged below a transfer section on which an object to be transferred of a belt conveyor is placed. A notch support portion to which one of the shaft portions protruding relative to each other via bearings from both ends of an idle roller that is swayed by the lower surface of the conveyance portion is fitted to the support column located outside the portion, The shaft part is formed so as to be opened sideways so that it can be removed substantially parallel to the carrying part, and the fitting groove that fits into the one shaft part is opened at the lower edge to form a box-shaped retainer. The body is attached so as to be detachable from the support column by moving upward, and a support hole facing the notch support portion is formed in another support column paired with the support column located outside the transport section. Then, the other shaft portion of the idle roller is inserted into the eye of the support hole. In order to allow the roller to swing about one of the shaft portions into the notch support portion and between the posture of detaching the one shaft portion from the notch support portion, the roller may swing substantially parallel to the transport portion. An idle roller supporting device for a belt conveyor, characterized in that the idle roller supporting device is adapted to be fitted so as to be detachable from the supporting hole by axial movement of the idle roller in a state where the shaft portion is detached from the notch supporting portion.
