However, according to the conventional folding adhesive sheet, when the printing or printing is performed on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive which can be peeled off, particularly when the pattern or the like is solidly printed, the printed portion is not printed. As a result, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated, so the adhesive force is reduced, and the adhesive surface is easily peeled off as compared with the case where no printing is performed. On the other hand, if the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be peeled is increased to compensate for the decrease in adhesive strength due to printing or printing, peeling becomes difficult, especially peeling of non-printed parts becomes difficult, and in some cases peeling occurs. At times, the print or the printed part is damaged and becomes invisible. As described above, conventionally, there has been a problem that it is difficult to adjust the adhesive force when printing or printing on the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface. An object of the present invention is to provide a folding adhesive sheet that solves this inconvenience.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, printing or printing is possible on the back side of the postcard sheet 1 which is a superposing surface, and it is not adhered normally and a constant pressure is applied. A pressure-sensitive adhesive 10 that can be bonded and can be peeled off after bonding is applied in advance. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive 10, for example, a non-peeling adhesive base which is pressure-sensitive and is difficult to be peeled off once it is adhered is mixed with a fine particulate filler having a non-affinity to the adhesive base. What is made is suitable, and what adhere | attaches with the pressure of 50 kg or more per cm < 2 >, Preferably it is 80 kg or more. The adhesive base may be a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive that has been conventionally used, but in particular, a natural rubber latex obtained by graft-copolymerizing styrene and methyl methacrylate onto natural rubber, It is suitable in terms of blocking resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance and the like.

On the other hand, the fine particulate filler has a small affinity with the adhesive base, for example, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, kaolin, activated clay, spherical alumina, wheat starch, silica, glass powder, Shirasu balloon or the like is used. These materials may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and in particular, a combination of silica and another suitable filler is suitable. Further, when two or more kinds having different particle diameters are combined, it is easy to form the adhesive application surface in a concavo-convex shape, so that the peeling performance is improved. The addition of silica has the advantage that the coating film of the adhesive can be strengthened, and the adhesiveness easily adheres to the surface due to its porosity, so that the adhesive force and peeling force can be easily adjusted. Further, even when printing is performed by a printer using silicone oil by a non-impact printer method, since the silica absorbs the silicone oil, the adhesive does not become stuck due to the silicone oil. The average particle size of the fine particulate filler is 10 m to 30 m, preferably 1 m to 20 m, and more preferably 2 m to 15 m.
Is preferred.

As the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive 10, for example, natural rubber latex obtained by graft-copolymerizing 2 parts by weight of styrene and 10 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate with respect to 100 parts by weight of natural rubber is used. It is preferable to use as a base, to which 5 parts by weight of a terpene resin-based tackifier and 20 parts by weight of silica gel having an average particle diameter of 5 μm are added, are added a fine particulate filler. The fine particulate filler should be added in an amount of 100 to 400 parts by weight, preferably 130 to 300 parts by weight, and most preferably 150 to 250 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the adhesive base. Is desirable.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and for example, the pattern printing portions 12a, 12b, 14a, 14b, 40a, 40 by screen printing.
The printing of b, 40c is not limited to four colors of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, and any combination of three or more colors may be used. The three colors are not only a single color but also a mixture of a plurality of colors. It is also possible to use three kinds of the above colors or to combine a single color and a mixed color. Further, the half-folded state may be a half-folded state in which the finger-folded portions 17 are completely overlapped as in the first embodiment, or a partially-folded half-folded state. Further, in addition to the above-described structure, the finger hooks 17 and 44 are provided by breaking apart from the perforation and removing a part of other corresponding postcards, particularly corners, or providing notches. Exposing some of the other postcard pieces, especially the corners,
Alternatively, it may be configured by providing a tab,
The finger hooks 17 and 44 may not be provided. Since the pressure-sensitive adhesives 10, 33, 36 do not adhere unless certain conditions are applied, they are convenient and do not hinder handling even if they are applied to the entire front and back surfaces of the sheet, but these pressure-sensitive adhesives are convenient. Nos. 10, 33 and 36 may be partially applied to the overlapping surface. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to various cards and various forms in addition to postcards 18 and 42.

As is apparent from the above description,
According to the present invention, on the peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the superposed surfaces to be adhered, printing and printing portions including screen printing using appropriate three or more color inks are provided on the peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive. Since it is provided so as to cover up to 60%, it is possible to print various color patterns and patterns without inadvertently peeling off the adhesive surface at the time of handling after adhering the overlapping surfaces, and it is pressure sensitive because it is screen printing. While there is a portion where the adhesive is exposed, the adhesive force can be surely secured, while the peeling operation after the adhesion is facilitated and the applied printing or the printing is not damaged. Further, when the printed portion is provided at the peeling start end portion on the overlapping surface side, the adhesive force at the peeling start end portion is weakened, so that the peeling start operation becomes easy.
