However, the conventional method using a scalpel has a problem that the work is inefficient. In other words, picking up the arachnoid membrane 91 with tweezers 90, separating the brain and blood vessels under the arachnoid membrane 91 from the arachnoid membrane 91, and incising the arachnoid membrane 91 by advancing and vertically moving the scalpel 92 is an extra operation. A lot of work is slow. Further, there is a problem in that not only the knife 92 but also the tweezers 90 must be used.

The operation and effect of the surgical knife 1 of the present embodiment having the above-mentioned structure will be described. Above female 1
When the arachnoid K is incised by using, a part of the arachnoid K is cut in advance, and the scalpel 1 is inserted into the scalpel 1 as shown in FIG. Subsequently, when the scalpel 1 is advanced so that the arachnoid K is placed on the rake face 4a of the scalpel 1, the brain and blood vessels that are in close contact with the arachnoid K and the back face of the arachnoid K contact the contact face 4b and the rake face. The arachnoid K separated by 4a and separated from the brain and blood vessels is incised by the blade 5a.
