問題が発生することになる。By the way, various papers such as coated paper, art paper, high-quality paper, medium-quality paper, and waste paper are used as the roll paper P for commercial printing, and the paper quality is extremely high. It is diverse. For example, a commercial printing web P has a size of 1 m 2
The weight per hit is in a wide range of 30 to 130 g, and the paper quality is inevitably greatly different. Therefore, in the commercial printing web P, when the paper splicing pretreatment is performed by using the tab T having a uniform paper quality and shape, the paper quality of the web P and the tab T are
The quality of the paper may differ from that of the paper, and in this case, there arises a problem that the paper splicing in the paper feeding section of the rotary press cannot be performed satisfactorily and reliably. For example, if the paper quality of the web P is poor and the tab T
If the paper quality is good, the end of the paper P in use and the start of the new paper P are attached and connected by the adhesive layer a for paper splicing, and the tip of the new paper P is peeled off from the outer surface of the paper P. At this time, the tab T may not be cut and the leading end side of the paper roll P may be cut, and there has been a problem that the paper splice of the paper roll P cannot be performed satisfactorily and reliably. Although the quality of the tabs T may be deteriorated so that the tabs T can be surely cut when the webs P are spliced together, in this case, the tabs T may be attached before the web P is mounted on the web support device of the rotary press. Since the T may be cut off, it is not preferable to reduce the paper quality of the tab T. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, the number of tabs T to be used is increased or decreased according to the paper quality of the paper P, or several types of tabs T having different paper qualities are prepared and used according to the paper quality of the paper P. Although the tab T may be determined, the method of checking the paper quality of the web P one by one to increase or decrease the number of tabs T, or selecting the tab T from several kinds of tabs T will complicate the work and cost. Other problems such as rising prices will occur.

There is also a problem in that even when the paper is cut or the surface paper of the paper roll P is peeled off, the clean paper inside is damaged, and the paper loss increases.

もあった。[0007] On the other hand, the applicant of the present invention has previously proposed a one-punch cutting and peeling device capable of automatically performing a one-punch removal treatment of newspaper printing rolls and a pre-joining treatment (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-277161).
And automatic paper splicing pretreatment device (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-295354)
No.) has been developed and released. Therefore, by using these devices, the problems described above in the manual one-piece removal treatment and the pre-joining treatment of the commercial printing paper roll P, that is, the work efficiency is poor and the labor cost is increased. It becomes possible to solve the problem. However, since the one-piece cutting and peeling device and the automatic paper splicing pretreatment device are separately arranged in the transport path of the web P to the rotary press, a support device for rotatably supporting the web P is separately provided. Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost and the processing cost increase, and the device itself becomes large and the structure becomes complicated. In addition, the automatic paper splicing pretreatment device has a paper roll P
A tab applicator for adhering the tabs T is provided at the front end of the paper. However, in the commercial printing paper roll P, since a plurality of tabs T are adhered, one tab applicator has a tab T. It will take a long time to attach them, resulting in a decrease in work efficiency. In addition, when multiple tab pasting devices are provided in the automatic paper joining pretreatment device,
Although the tab T can be attached efficiently, the apparatus becomes more complicated and the cost rises, and there arises a problem that a large installation space is required. Further, since the tab T used for the commercial printing web P has the shape shown in FIG. 31, after the tab T is attached to the front end of the web P, the front end of the web P is squeezed. However, there is also a problem that the tab T is cut at the cut Ta when rewinding.

Therefore, the paper quality of the tab and the paper quality of the roll paper are always the same. As a result, the tabs are surely cut at the time of splicing the paper rolls, and the splicing of the paper rolls can be performed satisfactorily and reliably. In addition, at the upper position of the paper roll supporting device arranged in the paper feeding section of the rotary press, a one-piece peeling device for cutting and peeling the paper web support supported by the paper roll supporting device to turn out the surface paper of the paper roll is provided. In addition, since a paper splicing pretreatment device that performs a pretreatment for paper splicing on the leading end of the rolled-up paper roll is provided in the vicinity of the paper roll support device, a one-pitch removal process for commercial printing web rolls is performed. And the pretreatment for paper splicing can be automated, which can significantly improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor cost. Needless to say, a support device that rotatably supports the paper roll is not required, and the one-piece peeling device and the pre-treatment device for paper splicing are integrated so that the device itself can be made compact and the structure can be improved. It is possible to achieve simplification and cost reduction.

The web P that has been transported to the paper feed section of the rotary press by the web transporting vehicle 63 or the like is transferred between the arms 3 of the web support device 1 of the rotary press to support the cylindrical core material Pa provided on the arm 3. After the support shaft 4 is aligned with the shaft 4, the support shaft 4 is inserted into the core material Pa to be rotatably supported by the paper roll support device 1.
In addition, the winding paper P conveyed to the paper feeding section has a shape in which the end plates covering the both end surfaces of the winding paper P are removed and the end portion of the wamp P ′ is bent toward the end surface side of the winding paper P.
Further, the one-piece stripping device A and the table 26 are in the retracted positions, respectively. When the paper roll P is supported by the paper roll support device 1,
The arm 3 rotates to move the web P to the processing position (the solid line position in FIG. 1), and the frame 5 moves from above to the position shown in FIG.
To the position indicated by the solid line of FIG.
6 is brought close to the paper P, and then the swing plate 6 swings downward to bring the foot roller 14 into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the one-pitch P ′. When the foot roller 14 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the wand P ′, the traveling plate 7 travels on the swing plate 6 along the width direction,
The leaf spring 21 and the cutter stop in the state of approaching the end surface of the paper roll P (see FIG. 9). The approach to the end surface of the paper roll P is detected by the positioning sensor 25. Leaf spring 21
When the cutter 9'approaches the end surface of the paper P, the support arm 19 is swung upward by the fluid pressure cylinder 20. At this time, since the front end of the leaf spring 21 is close to the end face of the paper P, the end of the one-pitch P'is locked by the leaf spring 21 and is lifted upward so that the end of the paper P and the one-pitch P'end. A gap is formed between the two parts and a part of the end part is cut by the blade 22 located between the leaf springs 21 (see FIGS. 10A and 10B). In this state, the support arm 19 is further swung upward, the regulation roller 23 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the swing plate 6 to regulate the rise of the support arm 19, and the cutter 9'is located at a position facing the gap. Stop. When the cutter 9 ′ stops at the position facing the gap, the traveling plate 7 travels on the swing plate 6 along the width direction of the paper P. At this time, both blades of the cutter 9'have a one-piece p '
Also, the cutter 9'because it is in contact with the surface paper of the web P.
As a result, the one-ply or plural sheets of the surface paper of the one-pitch P'and the roll of paper P are cut along the width direction (see FIGS. 11A and 11B). When the surface layer paper of the wand P'and the web P is completely cut along the width direction as shown in FIG. 12, air is jetted from the air jet nozzle 24 to the cutting point, and the cut portion is turned up and the web is wound. The paper roll P is rotated in the feeding direction by the support device 1, and the turned-up one-piece P ′ and the cut end of the surface paper of the paper roll P are fed onto the table 26 (FIG. 13).
And FIG. 14). Since the foot roller 14 presses the wipe P'when the air is ejected, the flipped-up surface of the wipe P'and the web P is prevented from slipping down, and the wipe P'and the web P of the web P are prevented. Is reliably sent to the table 26. In this way
The cutting and peeling process of the one-pitch P ′ of the paper roll P supported by the paper roll support device 1 and the surface paper is performed.

After traveling in the width direction of P, the cutter mechanism 31 of the main processor 27 cuts the boundary between the one-pitch P'and the web P along the width direction to separate the one-pitch P'from the web P side (FIG. 15). reference). The separated wamp P ′ is discharged from the table 26, transferred to the damaged paper processing apparatus C, wound up in a round by the damaged paper processing apparatus C, and then crushed into a flat shape to recover the damaged paper recovery cart 6
Recovered to 2. When the wipe P ′ is discharged, the flaw detection sensor 54 detects stains and damages on the web P,
The paper P is unwound onto the table 26, and when the stain or damage is eliminated, the unwinding of the paper P is stopped (see FIG. 15).

用前処理が行われる。When a clean portion of the paper roll P is delivered onto the table 26, the downstream tab holder 48, the upstream tab holder 49 and the suction holder 51 vacuum-suck the web P, and in this state, the cutter mechanism 50 is in the delivery direction. Then, both ends of the paper surface on the table 26 are obliquely cut (see FIGS. 17A and 17B). Table 2
When both ends of the paper surface on 6 are cut diagonally, the main processor 27 runs in the width direction of the paper P, and the tape attaching mechanism 32.
To form a paper splicing adhesive layer a on the paper surface in the width direction, and the cutter mechanism 31 forms a paper splicing adhesive layer a.
The portion on the downstream side is cut along the width direction (Fig. 18).
(See (A) and (B)). In addition, the formation of the adhesive layer and the paper roll P
The cuttings of are performed simultaneously. After that, the main processor 27 returns to the initial position, and the guide rail 33 moves to the downstream side (left side in FIG. 2) to slightly move the main processor 27 to the downstream side. In this state, the main processor 27 again rewinds the paper P
The tape sticking mechanism 32 forms the sticking adhesive layer b on the paper surface along the width direction, and the cutter mechanism 31 moves the downstream side portion of the sticking adhesive layer b along the width direction. To cut (see FIGS. 19A and 19B). As a result, the paper surface on the table 26 is cut into a substantially rectangular shape to form the tab T (FIG. 20).
(See (A) and (B)). The separated waste paper is discharged from the table 26 and transferred to the waste paper processing device C,
After being rolled up by the waste paper processing device C, it is crushed into a flat shape and collected by the waste paper collecting carriage 62. Then, when the tab T is formed, the downstream side tab holder 48 is inverted to the inverted position in a state where the lower surface side of the tab T is vacuum suctioned, and the upstream side tab holder 49 is moved from the suction position to the receiving position. Then, the lower surface side of the inverted tab T is sucked and held (see FIGS. 21A and 21B and FIGS. 22A and 22B). When the upstream side tab holder 49 sucks and holds the tab T at the receiving position, the downstream side tab holder 48 moves to the retracted position, and in this state, the main processor 27 travels in the width direction of the web P and the tape attaching mechanism 32. Also, the adhesive layer b for sticking and the cut c for cutting are provided on the upper surface of the upstream end of the tab T suction-held by the upstream tab holder 49 by the cutter mechanism 31.
Are intermittently formed (see FIGS. 22A and 22B).
The adhesive layer b for sticking and the cut c for cutting are formed in a state of facing each other. After the adhesive layer b for sticking and the cut notch c are formed on the tab T, the upstream side tab holder 49 returns to the suction position, and the upstream end of the tab T is made to slip under the leading end of the web P. , The tip end of the web P and the end of the tab T are brought into pressure contact with each other, and the end of the tab T and the tip of the paper P are attached to each other by the adhesive layer b.
It adheres via (refer to FIG. 23 (A) and (B)). The pressure contact at this time is performed by ejecting air from the pressure contact air ejection nozzle 64 arranged above the table 26. When the tab T is attached to the tip portion, the downstream side tab holder 48
Returns to the suction position, and the paper roll P is rewound by the paper roll support device 1. At this time, air is ejected upward from the upstream side tab holder 49 and the suction holder to prevent the tab T from sticking to the table 26.
Further, at the time of rewinding the paper roll P, since the tip end side is being rewound while being handled by the brush 52, the other end of the tab T is adhered to the outer surface of the paper roll P via the adhesive pressure sensitive adhesive layer b ( See FIG. 24). In this way, the pretreatment for paper splicing of the rolled paper P is performed.

る。As described above, according to the present invention, a tab is cut out from a paper roll which is subjected to a pretreatment for paper splicing, an adhesive layer for sticking and a cut line are formed on the paper roll, and the tip portion of the paper roll is formed using the tab. Since the paper is stopped on the outer surface, the paper quality of the tab and the paper quality of the web are always the same. As a result, as in the conventional case, since the tab and the paper quality of the web are different, it is not said that the tab is not cut at the time of splicing the web and the leading end side of the web is cut. It will surely be cut. As a result, regardless of the paper quality of the web or the tab, it is possible to reliably and reliably splice the web in the paper feeding section of the rotary press. In addition, the cut and peeled wamp or roll paper is wound up in a circle and then crushed into a flat shape to be discharged, so that the wamp or roll paper can be collected in an orderly manner without being bulky. It is possible to easily and easily handle and post-process a spoiled paper such as a wamp or a paper roll. Further, at the upper position of the paper roll supporting device provided in the paper feeding section of the rotary press, a one-piece peeling device for cutting and peeling the webp of the paper roll supported by the paper roll supporting device to turn out the surface layer portion of the paper roll is provided. In addition, since a paper splicing pretreatment device that performs pretreatment for paper splicing on the leading end of the rolled-up paper is arranged near the web supporting device, the paper web splicer can be removed and spliced. All the pretreatment before use can be automated, the work efficiency can be greatly improved, and the labor cost can be reduced. Of course, the support device that rotatably supports the paper roll is not required, and the one-piece peeling device and the pretreatment device for paper splicing are integrated, so the device itself is compact and the structure is simple. And cost reduction.
