【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は接合金具及び▲11▼にボルトを通す穴
を開けた柱を差し込みボルトとナットで締めつけ
接合する。接合された柱と柱にボルトの通る穴

本発明は高度の技術を要しないで短時間に堅牢で正確、
且つ安価に構造物を構築することを目的としたものであ
る。本発明は従来の日本建築の軸組み工法の短所である
接続部分の改良を図ることが出来る。従来の日本建築の
特長である軸組み工法は柱と柱にほぞとだぼの細工を施
して接続している。この作業は技術者の養成に10年以
上の年数を要すなど建築職人の不足を招くことになっ

格を引き上げる要因になっている。又熟練した職人が少

であった。又従来の軸組み工法は地震の多発するわが国

ことを目的としたものである。接合金具に柱を差し

で柱の抜け落ちる危険性が無い。又作業性が著しく容易
であるのでナットを締めつける力があれば女性や子供
でも住宅建築が可能である。又柱は前もってボルト
の通る穴を開けた規格材を製造することで作業者は接
合金具に柱を差し込みボルトとナットを締めつ
けるだけで容易に構造物を作る事が出来る。本発明の接
合金具には図▲15▼、▲16▼、▲17▼、▲19
▼、に示す如く曲線や直角、直線、斜め等多種多様な接
続が可能であるのでデザイン上の制約を受けることが無
く設計の自由を生かすことが出来る。どの様な接続でも
本体に柱を差し込みボルトとナットで締めつけ
接続する事に変わりはない。したがって従来の柱による
構造物の直線で構成する制約は無くなり設計施工に大き
な幅を持たす事が出来る様にになる。本発明の接合金具
には接合金具の差し込み方式と接合金具▲11▼のか
ぶせ式があるのであらゆる接合に対応出来る利点があ
る。又接続強度が強いので体育館や集会所、イベントホ
ール等、今まで不可能とされていた大きな構造物を構築
する事が可能である。本発明の外板▲10▼は接合金具
と柱を取り付けたボルトとナットの当たる部分
に穴を開けているために取り付け易く正確である。又外
板▲10▼の裏側には柱が当たる部分に接着材▲15
▼が散布されているので作業者は取り付け部分に外板を
押し当て一人で釘うち作業を行い外板の取り付けが出来
る。本発明の外板▲10▼に図28、図29に示す如く
モルタルを塗るための格子状に作られた枠▲13▼及び
蜂の巣状の6角形に組まれた枠▲14▼を取り付ければ
従来のように外板張りを行った後に防水紙を張り、その
上に金網を張る従来の現場での施工が不要になる。この
モルタル塗りの工程は住宅建建築日数の中で大きな比重
を占めていることを考え合わせ工期の大幅な短縮を図る
ことが容易に考えられる。又外板▲10▼の裏面に防音
材▲17▼及び断熱材▲18▼及び外壁材▲16▼を取
り付けておけば後から取り付ける手間が省け省力化を図
ることが出来る。本発明の接合金具及び接合金具に
接合する柱及び外板▲10▼を用いれば従来の建築に
必要な熟練を要す工程は必要とせずに容易に建築及び造
物を構築することが出来る。又工期も大幅に短縮する事
が出来、人件費の割合が大幅に減ることで住宅建設費の
削減を図ることが出来る。本発明により多くの人々に堅
牢かつ良質で安価な住宅を短期間に大量に供給出来るも
のと確信する。又組み立て分解が短時間に出来る構造を
併せ持つのでテント、簡易住宅玩具、物置、犬小屋。ヨ
ット、モーターボート、カヌー、等の船舶のフレーム
(骨組み)、梯子、建築現場の足場等、組み立て解体が
容易である特性を併せ持つので色々な用途が考えられ
る。
