Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles from occurring even in the case where oil sticks to a packaging bag, by providing an oil-resistant protective film on a face of the packaging bag, which is contacted with a contained fiber article. CONSTITUTION:A packaging bag 1 made of a synthetic resin film such as polypropylene, etc., has an oil-resistant protective film 2 provided on a face thereof, which is contacted with a contained fiber article. In the case where the fiber article A e.g. folded socks, stockings and panty hose is packaged in a frame sheet 11 and contained in the packaging bag 1 in such a manner that a part of the fiber article A can be seen, the protective film 2 is provided on a face opposed to a see-through window 12 of the frame sheet 11 by applying coating to only the area slightly larger than the size of the see-through window 12 or by laminating a film thereon. Further, for the oil-resistant protective film 2, for example, a urethane resin, a polyester resin, an acrylic resin and the like are used. By this method, oil applied to the contained fiber article can be prevented from sticking to the packaging bag by the oil-resistant protective film.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a packaging bag for textiles such as socks, stockings and pantyhose.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, textile products such as socks, stockings and pantyhose are stored in a packaging bag made of a synthetic resin film.

Textile products may be stored directly in a packaging bag, or may be wrapped in a frame paper and stored in a packaging bag so that a part of the product can be seen.

As is well known, during the twisting process of synthetic fibers or synthetic fibers or during the manufacturing of products (knitting process), the interfiber binding force is increased, the division is facilitated with the condenser tape, and the rubbing effect of the condenser rubber is obtained. The oil is attached to the surface of the packaging bag that comes into contact with the fiber product because oil is added to prevent the needles and the like from rusting as well as to improve the yield of the product by reducing damage to the fiber. Then, the film on the oil-attached portion of the packaging bag becomes wavy and wrinkled.

When wrinkled products are displayed in a packaging bag, there is an inconvenience that the products look unsightly and look like old products, leading to a decrease in purchasing power.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to prevent wrinkles from being generated even when oil adheres to the packaging bag.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a synthetic resin film packaging bag with an oil-resistant protective film on the surface of the packaging bag that comes into contact with the fiber product. Adopt a configuration.

With the above construction, the oil supplied to the stored fiber product adheres to the protective film and prevents the oil contained in the stored fiber product from adhering to the synthetic resin film forming the packaging bag.

Embodiments of the packaging bag according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an oil-resistant protective film 2 is provided on the surface of the packaging bag 1 made of a synthetic resin film such as polypropylene, which comes into contact with the stored fiber product A.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the protective film 2 is wrapped in a frame paper 11 so that a part of, for example, folded socks, stockings, and pantyhose of the fiber product A can be seen, and the protective film 2 is packaged in the packaging bag 1. In the case of storage, the surface of the frame paper 11 facing the through window 12 is provided with a coating or film laminated only on an area slightly larger than the through window 12, and in the packaging bag 1 shown in FIG. Since the textile product A is stored without being used, it may be provided on the entire surface of the packaging bag 1 excluding the inner surface sealing portion.

The oil-resistant protective film 2 is made of urethane resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, or the like.

In the figure, 13 is a mount, and 14 is an adhesive film for sealing.

[Effect] Since the packaging bag according to the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to prevent the oil supplied to the textile products stored in the packaging bag from adhering to it by the oil-resistant protective film.

Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience that the packaging bag is undulated and wrinkles are generated, and the inconvenience of giving an old product feeling and reducing purchasing power is eliminated.
