Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an assembly cross-sectional view (shown in FIG. 1A) of the present embodiment, and 1 is a ring-shaped magnet (shown in FIG. 1C).
Reference numeral 2 denotes an iron plate slightly larger than the magnet (shown in FIG. 1B), which is an end face N on the side opposite to the attracting surface S, that is, a ring-shaped iron plate without using an adhesive on the upper surface of the ring magnet 1 in the drawing. Two
Are closely attached, and these are paired to form an enclosure case 3 as shown in FIG. 1A on the outer circumference of the magnet and the end surface on the iron plate side. The case upper surface 5 has a shape of a gentle curved surface close to a flat surface, and the inner ceiling portion of the case 3 is provided with a recess 7 for fitting with a jig of each model. In addition, the projection 6 is provided on the entire circumference of the corner where the outer circumference and the upper surface of the surrounding case 3 intersect, and the sheet material 8 (shown in FIG. 1D) is attached to the attraction surface that is the end surface of the magnet 1.

With this structure, the magnet 1 built into the fixture includes an alnico magnet, a ferrite magnet molded and sintered in a ring shape, a rare earth magnet and an Nd magnet, and a synthetic resin or rubber. A permanent magnet such as a bond-based magnet that is blended and extruded and rolled is used. When the iron plate 2 is press-punched so that the outer side is slightly larger and the inner side is slightly smaller so as to fit the end face of the magnet 1, the punched part is blunted and the corners are rounded to form an R shape 2a, and the opposite side has a return 2b. Can be formed (shown in FIG. 1 (e)). Therefore, this return works effectively to bring the magnet 1 into close contact, and the magnet 1 is fixed to the end surface of the magnet without an adhesive.

The magnet 1 and the iron plate 2 are paired to form an enclosure case 3 on the outer periphery of the magnet 1 and about half or more of the end surface on the iron plate 2 side. The magnet 1 to the mold (not shown) of the injection molding machine
And a pair of iron plates 2 are inserted, the central part of the ring-shaped magnet is fitted to the shaft of the mold, the mold is closed, and the plunger of the molding machine is used to press the resin into the cavity forming the enclosure case 3 in the mold. It At the same time when the mold is opened, the magnet 1 and the iron plate 2 are paired and housed in the surrounding case 3 and extruded. By cutting the gate port at the time of injection, a temporary shape can be created as a magnetic fixture. (However, since it is not magnetized, it does not adsorb.) However, in order to use it not only as a fixture but also as a product in various fields, various things are carried out in order to improve the finish and product value.

For example, magnets are attracted to iron-based desks, office machines, home appliances and bulletin board boards, but the surface of the magnet is rather rough before that. Since the surface of the attracted body is usually painted, it is flat and smooth, and if a magnet with a rough surface is used, the painted surface will be scratched. In addition, the magnet sometimes adsorbs dust or iron powder on the surface of the magnet while it is being used, which may cause scratches or even hook grooves on the painted surface. Therefore, in the present invention, the application to the magnet end surface is also described as an example, but what is more effective is that by sticking the cloth or the sheet material 8, it is possible to prevent the iron powder from adhering to the rough surface of the magnet 1 or the magnet end surface, and the adsorption. Prevents damage to the body. Further, the cloth or sheet material 8 may be one in which fibers are transplanted and also serves as a cushioning material for the adsorbent, so that the magnet surface itself cannot be seen, and the product value is improved if the material color of the cloth or sheet material is taken into consideration.

Further, the upper surface of the surrounding case 3 has a gentle curved surface close to a flat surface, and writing with a marking pen, sticking of a mark sheet, and printing with a printing machine are possible on this surface. Needless to say, multicolor printing is also taken into consideration from the beginning, and a concave portion 7 (corner shape) to which a jig for a printing machine can be fixed is provided on the inner ceiling portion of the surrounding case 3. As a result, the position in one direction is determined, and the disk-shaped surrounding case is fitted into the jig one after another, thereby enabling multicolor printing.

Further, the conventional fixture has a substantially semicircular cross section as shown in FIG. 4, and the outer surface is slippery so that the fingertips are strongly pressed against the adsorbent body 9 even when the fixture is removed. I had to pull the nails with force from three directions. On the other hand, in the present invention, the protrusion 6 is provided on the entire circumference at the corner where the side face and the curved portion intersect, and since the position is also at the upper part, most of the fingertips hit the protrusion 6,
The direction of the force may be the direction of the arrow (X) as shown in FIG. 3, and the force can be applied to the tensile force so that it can be sufficiently removed in two directions, but the three directions have good stability and can be removed. In addition, the portion below the overall projection 6 has a reverse taper shape, which is good for finger contact, and is easy to remove as a fixture. In some cases, the reverse taper portion can be colored, printed, or engraved.

Moreover, since the iron plate is also used in the magnetic circuit, the magnetic force is enhanced. Since it is a ring-shaped magnet, the magnetic field also flows from one side to the other side even if it exceeds the central hole, so that the magnetic force is largely acting, and the magnetic force is effectively used. Regarding the effect of the iron plate, Table 1 shows measured magnetic force values when only the ring-shaped magnet (magnet alone) and the iron plate were actually attached (magnetization with integrated yoke).

From the above-mentioned measurement results, the attraction force is 31.2% higher in the case where the iron plate is attached to the magnet than the magnet alone. Similarly, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show the respective surface magnetic flux density waveforms in the case where only the ring-shaped magnet (magazine net alone) and the iron plate are inserted (yoke integrated magnetization). Comparing FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the magnet with the iron plate inserted (S side in FIG. 6) is
It has been confirmed that the surface magnetic flux is improved by 5.3%. In the present invention, the finger-hooking projection is provided on the entire circumference, but it may be provided on a part of the circumference, and a design shape suitable for printing on the upper surface may be provided.
