イマー塗着色塗料から形成したものに比べると、本発明
のブラインドスラットは熱硬化性樹脂系塗膜がフッ素樹
脂系塗料のプライマーとなり、高価なフッ素樹脂系プラ
イマーを必要としないから、コストを大幅に低減するこ
