FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the camera of the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. An optical member including a taking lens 1, a viewfinder objective lens 2, and a strobe front panel 3 is provided on the front surface of the camera.
It is integrally molded with the same plastic material as the front cover 4 which is an exterior member. Since these plastic materials are used for the optical members of the taking lens 1, the objective lens 2, and the front panel 3, they need to be transparent,
AS (acrylonitrile styrene), PC (polycarbonate), PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate)
Alternatively, ABS (acrylonitrile, butadiene, styrene) or the like is used. However, if another light ray that does not pass through the taking lens 1 is incident on the image pickup unit formed of a CCD or the like that receives the subject light from the taking lens 1, it causes fog, flare, or ghost, and the objective lens 2 is used even in the viewfinder. When other rays that do not pass through are incident,
It becomes very difficult to see due to internal reflection. Therefore, it is necessary to shield the light in order to prevent these unnecessary lights, but in the present embodiment, the light-shielding film is excluded except at the position 6 drawn by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. 2, that is, the range used as the optical system in the optical member. It is covered by. By using painting or plating as the light-shielding film, unnecessary light can be prevented. In addition,
It is desirable that both the front surface and the back surface of the front cover 4 have a black matting treatment, but if there is a design restriction on the front surface, it may be painted and plated with a predetermined color after the black matting treatment, or only the back surface. You may perform black matting treatment.

Although the position of the image pickup unit must be adjusted with high accuracy with respect to the taking lens 1, the position of the image pickup unit is not individually adjusted in a popular type camera, but is decided uniformly according to the component accuracy. If the lens barrel that holds the lens is configured by a separate member, the positional accuracy of the image pickup unit is generally deteriorated. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the lens barrel 41 is integrally formed with the front cover 4 to improve the positional accuracy of the imaging member 7, and
Even when the strength of the photographic optical system including the photographic lens 1 and the imaging member 7 increases, and the front cover 4 is deformed by an external force, the photographic optical system is not adversely affected. In the case of a popular camera, the number of the photographing lens 1 may be one, but if a plurality of lens configurations including one or more other lenses 11 are provided, the photographing resolution is improved, but this additional lens is processed as a separate part. Then, it is attached to the lens barrel 41 by a known means.

As described above, when the taking lens 1 and the objective lens 2 or the front panel 3 are integrally formed,
External light that has entered the transparent objective lens 2 or the front panel 3 may travel through the front cover 4 like a light guide and reach the taking lens 1, which is likely to cause flare. Further, the light emitted from the strobe is also transmitted inside the front cover 4. For this purpose, the taking lens 1 and the objective lens 2
When the groove 43 is formed around the front panel 3, unnecessary light is less likely to be transmitted from the objective lens 2 and the front panel 3, and is less likely to be incident on the taking lens 1. Further, if a step is provided between the front surface periphery 44 of the taking lens 1 and the front surface periphery 45 of the objective lens 2, it becomes more difficult for unnecessary light to be transmitted. In addition,
The depth of the groove 43 is preferably 2/3 or less of the wall pressure,
The inner shape of the groove portion 43 is not limited to the semicircular shape as shown in the figure, but may be any shape.

6 and 7 are views of a mold for insert molding an image pickup member, which is a second embodiment, FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof. First, the image pickup member 101 including a CCD or the like is inserted into the sliding mold 102.
102 is slidable in the spherical mold 103, and the spherical mold 103
Is configured to be freely rotatable in a three-dimensional direction in the fixed mold 104. Next, the position sensors 105, 106 and 107 are attached to the arm portion 104a of the fixed mold 104, and light is projected from three directions to the light receiving surface 101a of the image pickup member 101, and
The position and orientation of the image pickup member 101 are detected by the reflected light of a. Subsequently, since the light receiving surface 101a of the image pickup member 101 varies individually, based on the detection result, the rear portion 102a of the sliding die 102 is slid by an actuator (not shown) to move the image pickup member 101 to an appropriate position. While adjusting, the rear part 102a is shaken up and down or left and right together with the spherical mold 103 to move the image pickup member 101.
Is adjusted to an appropriate posture in the three-dimensional direction. After adjusting the image pickup member 101 to an appropriate position and posture in this way, the core 112 of the movable mold 111 is brought into close contact with the image pickup member 101, and plastic molding is performed by a known means. The tip of the core 112 is the light receiving surface 1 of the image pickup member 101 whose position and orientation are different from each other.
Since the core 112 has to be in close contact with 01a, the core 112 is provided with an elastic member such as a spring at the base so that the position and the posture of the light receiving surface 101a of the imaging member 101 can be freely adjusted. In this way, the lens barrel 100 having the image pickup member 101 inserted therein is formed.
