糸寄せガイド5を通って上記空ボビン2aの糸捕捉用溝2b
に上記糸条Tを押込むようにした糸掛けガイド7でボビ
ン糸捕捉用溝2bに押込まれる。しかし、上記方法では、
ボビン長さの加工寸方斑が大きくなるにつれ多エンドに
なる程、ボビンの糸捕捉用溝2bと糸条Tが一致しなくな
り、切替の失敗を招く事になる。この様な問題に対処す
る為、第3図に示す如く(特開昭62−290686号公報)糸
掛けガイド7が、左右方向に揺動する方法が考案されボ
ビン長さの加工寸法斑が大でも容易に切替ができるとさ
れている。また、他の方法としてボビン軸が左右方向に
揺動してボビンの糸捕捉用溝を探索する方法も用いられ
ているが、かかる方法では、機械の構造及び電気的制御
の点で複雑化が余儀なくされるばかりでなく、高速紡糸
(6000m/分以上)になるとボビン表面で糸条捕捉溝を探
索している途中に糸条がボビン軸の回転により弾き飛ぶ
現象が起こり切替失敗が生じ易い欠点が出てくる。しか
も高速化になるにつれて糸品質を考慮しタッチロールと
空ボビンを非接触状態にする方法は公知であるが、かか
る方法では、タッチロールとボビン軸との回転風力によ
る影響で糸条が振動し糸捕捉用溝と一致しなくなり切替
