There were cases where the roof plate 901 became difficult to engage, and in the worst case, it became impossible to engage. In addition, as described above, if the engagement is not sufficient, the holding force of the roof plate 901 becomes weak, and the roof plate 90 is subject to negative pressure or the like acting on the roof surface.
There was a risk that 1 would turn over or scatter.

In that case, torsional deformation may occur during molding due to the material. Although the above-described twisting deformation is corrected by the engagement strength by engaging the suspension 902,
In the case where an attachment interval of the suspension 902, an error of the roof plate 901, and the like occur, the cover member 904 is insufficiently engaged, and therefore the above-mentioned twisting deformation can be sufficiently corrected. Disappear. Further, if a margin is provided in the engaged state in order to absorb the above-mentioned error, it becomes impossible to correct the torsional deformation this time.

Based on the marking of the upper surface of the base material a, a long gutter member 3 is arranged along the flow direction at a position directly below the joint of the roof plate 1, and a predetermined gutter member 3 is provided along the gutter member 3. A certain number of suspension members 2 with a space between them
Is provided and fixed to the base material a. The above-mentioned base material a is a steel frame, a concrete panel such as ALC,
It refers to all the strength structures and members on the side of the building body, such as wood chips and cement boards, and also includes those with a heat insulating material interposed in the middle. Further, in order to attach and fix the lower suspension member 2b to the upper surface of the base material a as described above, when the base material a is wood, nails or wood screws are used as described above, but the material of the base material a is ceramic. In the case of the system, a tapping screw is used, and in the case of the steel system, a drill screw is used as described above.

In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a foamed polyethylene sheet c is provided on the back surface of the roof plate 1.
Is attached. In the roof plate 1 laid on the field material b, the inner bent portions of the folded portions 12 at the side edge portions are fitted and locked to the projecting edge pieces 26 that sandwich the openings of the lower suspension members 2b. In this state, the sandwiched portion 11 is placed on the bottom surface in each lower suspension member 2b.

As a result, the lower suspension member 2b and the upper suspension member 2a are engaged and integrated with each other, and the retaining locking portion 23 at the tip of the sandwiching piece 24 provided on the upper suspension member 2a.
Is elastically pressed against the sandwiched portion 11 of the roof plate 1, and the sandwiched portion 11 of the roof plate 1 is sandwiched between the sandwiching piece 24 and the inner bottom surface of the lower suspension member 2. As a result, the side edge portions of the adjacent roof plates 1 are joined to each other via the suspension members 2.

In the state where a is engaged, the locked piece 13 at the tip of the clamped portion 11 and the retaining locking portion 23 at the tip of the clamp piece 24 face each other with a slight gap. For example, when the roof plate 1 is pulled up by wind pressure, the locked piece 13
Slides outward and engages with the retaining lock 23, preventing the sandwiched portion 11 from slipping out between the sandwiching piece 24 and the inner bottom surface of the lower suspension member 2b.

2 ′ and the projecting edge piece 26 of the lower suspension member 2b do not necessarily have to be provided, and the folded portion 12 ″ of the roof plate 1 is vertically arranged as in the embodiment shown in FIG. It may be formed by folding down. In this case, neither of the locking projections is provided on both edges of the lower suspension member 2b, and there is no locking relationship between the two 12 ″ and 26. Further, in the cover member 4'used in the roof structure shown in FIG. 3, the elastic folded portions 4a formed along both side edges are elastically pressure-bonded from the outside to both side edges of the upper surface of the upper suspension member 2a. By adopting such a structure, a structure for attaching and fixing to the upper suspension member 2a is adopted.

The fitting insert piece 4a having a retaining function is projected downward on the lower surface of ′ ′, and the fitting insert piece 4a is elastically inserted from above into the fitting insertion groove 20a formed on the upper surface of the upper suspension member 2a ′ to cover the cover. The material 4 ″ is attached and fixed. Further, the upper suspension member 2a 'of the roof structure is integrally attached and supported by fixing the screw 22' to the lower suspension member 2b '. Therefore, in this roof structure, the fixed locking portion 22 and the fixed locking piece 28 provided on the suspension member 2 of the above-described embodiment.
The engaging recess 28 is unnecessary.

In the roof structure shown in FIG. 5, the cross section of the joint itself is substantially the same as the roof structure shown in FIG. 1, but the lower suspension member 2b ′ is used.
′ Is formed in an elongated shape, and the groove formed inside is formed as a trough portion 3 ′. Further, as described above, by using the recess inside the lower suspension member 2b ″ also as the gutter part 3 ′, the gutter member 3 provided in the above-described embodiment is naturally unnecessary, and the number of members can be reduced. it can. Also, the work of attaching the lower suspension member 2b ″ can be easily performed.

Is used to punch and screw the upper surface of the leg member 2c, but other existing fixing methods may be adopted. Further, as described above, when the screw 20c is screwed into the screw hole formed in the leg member 2c, it is necessary to form the screw hole in the leg member 2c. The nut 2g may be welded to the back surface of the loose hole as shown in, or the plate itself may be tapped like the fixing screw 22 'of the upper suspension member 2a' to form a screw hole.

It is mounted and fixed on the base material a using c ′ and 2c ″. One leg member 2c 'is formed by bending a short metal plate into a substantially crank-shaped cross section, and the other leg member 2c''is formed by bending a short metal plate into a substantially U-shaped cross section. Is formed. The two leg members 2c ′, 2c ″ are fixed to the lower end ears 52, 53 on the base material a at predetermined intervals using screws 54 or nails. Long bottom suspension member 2b ″ on top of ″
The ears 20d of ‘′ are placed and fixed by screws 20e or screws. In addition, the elongated lower suspension member 2c '
The recess inside ″ is also used as the trough 3 ′. In the above roof structure, the leg members 2c ′ and 2c ″ having different cross-sectional shapes are used to mount and fix the suspension member 2 on the base material a, but the leg member for mounting and fixing the suspension member 2 is 2c ′ or 2c. Either one of “″ may be commonly used.

(1) By sandwiching the sandwiched portion of the roof plate side edge portion between the sandwiching portion of the upper suspension member and the inner bottom surface of the lower suspension member, the side edge portions of adjacent roof plates are joined together. Therefore, stable engagement strength can be obtained between the roof plate side edge portion and the suspension member, and the engagement by the suspension member can be reliably performed even if the roof plate is deformed such as twisted. it can.

Since it is prevented from coming out from between the inner bottom surface of the lower suspension member and the lower suspension member, even when a negative pressure is applied to the roof plate, the upper suspension member clamping portion and the lower suspension member inner bottom surface are clamped. The roof plate does not come out from between. Thereby, the wind pressure resistance strength of the roof can be improved.

Engagement strength can be obtained by engaging the inside of the folded portion of the plate. Therefore, since the lower suspension member and the roof plate are held by the above-mentioned engagement strength during the construction before the attachment of the upper suspension member, it is possible to prevent the roof plate from being scattered by the wind. Further, after the upper suspension member is attached, the roof plate is engaged with the sandwiched portion and the folded-down portion at two locations, so that the engagement strength can be further improved.
