この考案は、ネジのネジ回し穴の形を、丸形にし,その円周上に楕円溝、(又 は楕円突起)を設け,ネジ回し穴に角をもたず,楕円突起が楕円溝に喰い込むこ とにより,円面と円面が圧着結合されて,回転力をつたえることを特長とする, ネジに関するものである。 従来の十字穴ネジは,締め込む力を増せば増すほどネジ回しが浮きあがりやす く,空回りしてネジ回し穴をつぶし作業能率を悪くした。 そのためネジ生産者は,ネジ回し穴がつぶれないように焼入れなど努力してい るが、現状では解決されていない。 十字穴ネジに対応する,スパドライブ・ネジ,LHスティックスの(LH−S ・ULR−・LR−S)ネジなどあるが,いずれも角と角の組み合わせで回転力 を伝える方法なので,構造が複雑で生産上,又使用上,今一である。 本案は、その欠点を除くために考案されたもので,これを図面について説明す れば,丸ネジ1のネジ回し穴2の形を丸形にし,その円周上に楕円溝3を設ける 。 本案は,このような構造であるから,図2のように丸ネジ1のネジ回し穴2に ,丸ネジ回し4を差し込み回転させれば,自動的に丸ネジ回しの楕円突起5が, 楕円溝3に喰い込み圧着し,丸ネジ回し4と丸ネジ1が一体となり作業性抜群で ある。 又、丸ネジ回し4をナットに,丸ネジ1をスパナにたとえれば,ナットも丸形 にして同様な方法で締め付けることができる。 丸ネジ使用上の利点。 (1) ネジ回しがぬけ出さない。 (2) 無駄なねじ込み推力を使わない。 (3) ネジ回しえの喰い付きがよい。 (4) 斜め締めがない。 (5) ネジ回しの寿命が長い。 丸ネジ製作上の利点。 (1)空回りしてネジ回し穴をつぶさないから,ネジ頭保護だけの目的で焼入 れをしていた場合は,焼入れ省略ができる。 (2)丸形で角がないから,過度の熱応力及び変体応力によって,焼入れ時に 発生する焼割れが少い。 (3)丸形で角がないから,ネシ用パンチ,及び締付工具の精度と耐久性の高 度化ができる。 (4)丸形で角がないから,外観が美しい。 (5)丸形で角がないから,ネジ用パンチの寿命が長いため生産コストの低減 化ができる。 In this invention, the shape of the screw hole of the screw is round, and an elliptical groove or (or elliptical protrusion) is provided on the circumference of the screw hole.
