Then, the horn 5 moves toward the paper container 1 and the recessed portion at the tip of the horn 5 fits into the spout 2. Then, in this state, the peripheral edge of the horn 5 presses the peripheral edge of the mouth plug insertion hole of the paper container 1 from the outer surface and ultrasonic vibration is applied, whereby the mounting seat portion of the mouth cap is attached to the inner surface of the paper container 1. Is welded to.

Then, the support plate 3 is lowered by the action of the lower air cylinder, and the paper container 1 returns to the original position as shown in (e). With this, the spout welding step is completed, and the paper container 1 is sent to the next step.

Up and down movements such as raising using an air cylinder for insertion and lowering to the original position after completion of welding are required.
The mechanism of the device becomes complicated, and when raising the paper container, there may occur a trouble that the plug is displaced or comes off.

Since the stopper is fixed and held by inserting the cooperating receiving member from above, it is not necessary to move the paper container up and down because it is inserted into the receiving jig as in the conventional case, and the time required for welding is reduced. In addition to being able to afford, it is possible to reduce the cost by simplifying the mechanism for attaching the stopper, and to reduce the trouble that the stopper attached to the paper container is displaced or comes off.
