According to the method for manufacturing a shoe of the present invention, a constituent member of a shoe or a semi-finished product as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 is used. Among the respective constituent members of such shoes, there is a first constituent member shown in FIG. The component shown in FIG. 1 is composed of a shoe-shaped member or an inner lining 1 made of a flexible material. The lining 1 has a toe portion 1a and a heel portion 1b. The pad member 2 may be preferably attached to the heel portion. The shape of the first component is substantially the same as the internal shape of the resulting shoe. The second component is shown in FIG. A rigid or semi-rigid insole 3 is used for the second member,
A toe support portion 4 into which the toe tip portion 1a of the lining 1 of the first component is inserted and a heel support portion 5 to support the heel portion 1b of the lining material 1 are formed on the front side of the insole. The toe support portion 4 and the heel support portion 5 provided on the insole 3 may be integrally formed.
Further, a necessary portion of the insole may be selectively reinforced. This reinforcement is performed by the rivet 7 or the reinforcement plate 6 (see FIG. 5) fixed to the insole 3 by adhesion. The third component is shown in FIG. 3 and includes the finished shoe upper 8. The fourth component is shown in FIG. 4 and comprises the sole 9. The sole 9 preferably has a raised outer edge or land 10 and is further provided with a tread 11. Each of these components can be mass produced at low cost using conventional equipment and techniques. These components can be modified in various ways depending on the intended use of the finished shoe. For example, thermal insulation may be incorporated into the inner lining 1 and / or the insole 3. The insole 3 may be an intermediate bottom plate or may have an anatomical shape such that the toes of the toes are separated from each other. In the present invention, by preparing each finished constituent member first, the necessary constituent members can be sequentially fed to the position where the present invention is assembled by the magazine. In the first step of the method of the present invention shown in FIG. 5, the shoe-shaped inner lining made of a flexible material is attached to the support frame 12. In the second step, a preformed rigid or semi-rigid insole 3 is attached to the inner lining 1 and frame 12. To this end, first, the toe support portion 4 of the insole 3 is brought onto the toe portion 1a of the lining 1. Next, the rear heel support 5 is brought to the heel 1b of the lining 1. This is the latter with arrow 13 in FIG.
It is done by moving in the direction. At the third assembling step shown in FIG. 6, the shoe upper 8 is lined with the lining 1
And the insole 3 attached to the lining 1. This is done by guiding the top of the insole 3 in the direction of arrow 14. After performing this operation, since this assembling structure is given rigidity by the insole 3, the toe support part 4 and the heel support part 5 are also incorporated in the insole 3, and the insole is lined. 1 and shoe upper 8
The frame 12 is no longer required because it is located in between. The shoe is assembled around this rigid or semi-rigid insole 3. The insole 3 is adapted to form a mechanical frame with its framework. Then, in the fourth step of the method for manufacturing a shoe according to the invention, the sole 9 is attached to the assembly structure consisting of the lining 1, the insole 3 and the upper 8 of the shoe. For the sake of convenience, an adhesive is applied to necessary predetermined portions so that all the constituent members of the shoe are prepared in advance.
This adhesive does not have adhesiveness at first, but gradually has adhesiveness by applying ultrasonic waves, temperature, pressure, etc., and can be cured if necessary. Various kinds of adhesives can be used.
Adhesives marketed under the name "O-STICK" or "HELMITIN" (trademark) are suitable. The components of the mounting shoe may be tightened with suitable tightening tools before and during the application and curing of the adhesive. Once the shoe components have been assembled in the manner described above, they are subjected to known equipment to activate the adhesive for a sufficient period of time to ensure the bond of these shoe components. Of course, when making a shoe, an adhesive is applied to the parts or surfaces of the components that come into contact with other components. The adhesive is
It can be applied by spraying, brushing, rolling, etc. With such a treatment, the shoe is completely finished without any other manipulation. Therefore, the method of the present invention allows the shoe components to be quickly assembled. This is significantly faster than the conventional method. When performing the operation of the present invention described above, not only does it require no special equipment other than those conventionally used, but rather the number of equipment required is much smaller than in the prior art. Furthermore, since the support or the frame 12 merely functions as a support member, the operation of fixing various shoe components to the frame, which has been conventionally required, is not required. The overall structure of the shoe is formed around a substantially fixed or semi-fixed insole 3, which constitutes the frame of the entire shoe. When the method according to the present invention is used, the process is simplified, so that the working time at the time of manufacturing the shoe can be shortened and the cost can be largely reduced. It is possible to use semi-finished products or shoe components and simply assemble them into a load-bearing structure and obtain a uniform, high-quality product, without depending on the skill of the craftsman. By using the method of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a product with high efficiency and low cost. As described above, according to the present invention, a very simple method for manufacturing shoes is provided, and various kinds of shoes can be manufactured, and the quality thereof is excellent. Therefore, the manufacturing efficiency in the factory is good, and the material, size, and shape can be appropriately changed as needed.
