Description of the Related Art Vulcanized rubber moldings used as various industrial products contain adhesion-inhibiting substances such as fillers, vulcanizing agents, and oil components, which bleed onto the surface of the moldings, and The adhesion is not good. As a pressure-sensitive adhesive for adhering such a vulcanized rubber molded article, a rubbery polymer 10 of butyl rubber and / or halogenated butyl rubber is used.
A rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a quinonedioxime-based compound, a peroxide, and a redox-based catalyst in an amount of 0 part by weight, and an adhesive tape using the same are known (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-204).

In the adhesive composition described in the above publication, it is necessary to use three components of a quinonedioxime compound, a peroxide and a redox catalyst as a cross-linking agent in a fixed ratio. If the ratio is out of this range, the crosslinking reaction will not proceed or the crosslinking will be excessive, resulting in poor anchoring to the adherend and poor adhesive properties. Thus, it is difficult to balance the type and amount of the cross-linking agent, and it is not a means for avoiding the inhibition of adhesion of the vulcanized rubber molded product due to the bleeding substance.

Inhibits stickiness. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention does not contain a cross-linking agent, but exhibits initial adhesiveness by the tackifying resin. After that, the bleeding substance that migrates to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is contained in the vulcanized rubber molded article, for example, zinc oxide, metal oxides such as thiurams as vulcanization accelerators and thiazoles, and various functional groups. Is included in the adhesive, and the adhesive is gradually crosslinked. Therefore, the cohesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is improved to prevent the pressure-sensitive adhesive force from decreasing, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive exhibits excellent long-term pressure-sensitive adhesive force.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention may be applied to both sides of a base film to be used as a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and when adherends of vulcanized rubber are attached to both sides, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied to both sides. It suffices if a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of a material is provided. If one adherend is a vulcanized rubber and the other adherend is something other than vulcanized rubber, the vulcanized rubber molded article has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention on the other side. The adherend side may be provided with any material such as an acrylic resin-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer other than the present invention, and a silicon-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

It improves and has excellent initial adhesion. In addition, after the initial adhesiveness is exhibited, the pressure-sensitive adhesive gradually crosslinks due to the metal oxides and substances having various functional groups which migrate to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Therefore, the cohesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is improved to prevent the pressure-sensitive adhesive force from decreasing, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive exhibits excellent long-term pressure-sensitive adhesive force.

It has excellent adhesiveness without increasing the strength and decreasing the adhesive strength for a long time.
