Description: TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a spinning bobbin in which a bobbin thread wound by a spinning machine, that is, a spinning bobbin, is heat-treated, that is, steam-set while being transported to a winding machine. The present invention relates to a heat treatment method.

It is necessary to wind a spun yarn spun from raw cotton, raw wool, a sliver of synthetic fiber, etc. onto a bobbin, and to wind this bobbin yarn, that is, a spun bobbin, into corn cheese or parallel cheese using a hoist. However, in this step, spun yarn must be joined when a new spinning bobbin is supplied to the hoisting machine. However, at this point, if the spun yarn is not heat-treated, that is, steam-set, the tip of the spun yarn drawn by the air flow is not aligned in the direction of the air flow due to the twisting torque during spinning, and thus the spun yarn is There is a problem that the automatic joining of is not possible.

Conventionally, the spinning bobbin as described above is randomly loaded with bobbins in a predetermined box called a tube thread box and is assembled into several dozen boxes as a unit of the tube thread box. I have set. In this simultaneous steam setting method, the spinning bobbins produced in each spinning machine are put together in a tube yarn box, transported to a place where there is a treatment kettle and steam set, and the spinning bobbin is taken out from the treatment kettle. The method is that they are carried to the hoisting machine and attached one by one to the shaft of the hoisting machine.

In the processing step of such a spinning bobbin, the steps of taking out the spinning bobbin from the spinning machine or attaching the spinning bobbin to the winding machine are automated. However, even in these processes, a transport route is required in which a certain amount of fine spinning bobbins are collectively transported to the processing kettle, steam-set, and then transported to the hoist and wound up. .

In other words, the conventional spinning bobbin heat treatment method requires at least five devices, namely, a spinning machine, a carrying device, a steam setting device, a carrying device, and a hoisting machine because the steam setting process is independent. .

From the configuration of the device, a preparatory step of packing a fixed amount of bobbin for supplying a spinning bobbin to a steam setting device in a yarn thread box, supplying to the steam setting device of the yarn thread box, a spinning bobbin that has completed steam treatment, In other words, a series of processes such as unloading of the tubular yarn box is required, which complicates the process and hinders continuous processing of the spinning bobbin. The biggest problem that causes this obstacle is that the steam setting process is an independent process.

On the other hand, among various conventional heat treatment methods for spinning bobbins, the required treatment time for vacuum heat treatment depends on the type of yarn wound on the spinning bobbin, for example, wool, a blend of cotton and synthetic fiber, or the like. However, if the number of spinning bobbins to be processed within a unit time increases in any case, in the conventional continuous heat treatment equipment, the installation location is the spinning machine. Considering the restriction that it is installed between the machine and the hoisting machine, the area occupied by the heat treatment apparatus becomes large, and the problem of inability to process occurs.

The present invention was made in order to solve the problem that the steam setting step is independent in the heat treatment step of the conventional spinning bobbin, and continuous processing is hindered in the step, and is produced by a spinning machine. One of the problems to be solved is to provide a spinning bobbin processing method in which a plurality of spinning bobbins can be steam-set in the middle of a conveyor line for transporting them, can be transported to a hoisting machine, and can be installed in a small space. Is.

As a means for solving the above problems, a method for heat treating a spinning bobbin according to the present invention is provided with a conveyor line between a spinning machine and a hoisting machine, and at least two heat treating tanks are provided in the middle of the conveyor line. Fixedly arranged in parallel, each heat treatment tank has open and close doors on the inlet and outlet sides of the spinning bobbin, each heat treatment tank is connected to a vacuum pump and steam generator, and the door of the heat treatment tank is closed. The heat treatment method of the spinning bobbin is such that the door of another heat treatment tank is opened and the spinning bobbin is carried in and out while the heat treatment of the spinning bobbin is performed by the steam from the steam heat generator.

Next, the operation of the heat treatment apparatus will be described. One of the two heat treatment tanks 1 and 1 ′ is currently steam-set, and the other heat treatment tank 1 is a spinning bobbin 23. Comes from the inlet side conveyor 5, is aligned with the pusher cylinder 6, and is pushed into the pusher cylinder 7 by one row at a time, and at the same time, three steam-set spinning bobbins are fed from the outlet side chute 8 to the outlet side conveyor. Next, the movement of the spinning bobbin 23 will be described.
The spinning bobbin 23, which has been filled up in the spinning process by the 21 and is fried, is sent from the spinning machine 21 to the heat treatment tanks 1, 1 ', but by the pusher cylinder 6 while being attached to the peck stand 30. Next, an apparatus for carrying out the heat treatment method according to the present invention will be described. Considering the positional relationship between the spinning machine 21 and the hoisting machine 22 in the spinning factory, in consideration of the purpose of the present invention, a full-scale spinning machine is considered. Since the present invention has been made to eliminate the inconvenience of transporting the spinning bobbin 23 in the factory, the spinning machine 21 and the hoisting machine 22 are installed close to each other on the line. Considering that, this heat treatment apparatus should be placed at the intermediate position thereof, which requires that the occupied area thereof be extremely small.

Therefore, in order to make the surroundings of the heat treatment tanks 1 and 1'as simple as possible, it was considered to install the two heat treatment tanks 1 and 1'in two rows, and to install the vacuum pump 12 and the steam generator. It is to install 13 etc. above the heat treatment tanks 1, 1 '.

In addition, the vacuum pump 12 and the steam generator 13 are connected to each heat treatment tank 1, 1 '.

The number of spinning bobbins 23 to be heat-treated at one time in the heat treatment tanks 1 and 1'is determined according to the number of spindles of the spinning machine 21, the yarn count, and the time until fullness, etc. However, it is desirable to have some margin of ability.

Considering the heat treatment cycle time, if the heat treatment time is 5 to 15 minutes, the loading and unloading time of the spinning bobbin 23 can be 1/2 to 1/5 of that time.
The heat treatment tanks 1 and 1 ′ are fixed and heat treatments are performed at fixed positions respectively. At this time, by shifting the processing programs of the two tanks and operating them in parallel, it is possible to increase the processing amount of the entire apparatus. However, in this case, a spinning bobbin loading and unloading device is required for each tank, but the processing capacity is increased. In addition, even if the spinning bobbin 23 that has been heat-treated is taken out at all, the hoisting machine 22 does not have the capacity to accommodate it, and if a pool must be created somewhere else, the processing capacity will be somewhat reduced. Even one heat treatment tank 1
It is also possible to use the heat treatment tank 1 (or 1 ') in which heat treatment is alternately carried out (or 1') and carried in and carried out as a pool of the spinning bobbin 23 of which the heat treatment has been completed.

Even if the number of heat treatment tanks 1 and 1'used in the present invention is more than one pair and two tanks as in the above embodiment, the spinning bobbin 23 should be loaded into and unloaded from one tank. The present invention can be effectively applied by performing a series of heat treatments on the spinning bobbin 23 transferred to another tank while the tank is in operation.

(1) The heat treatment apparatus used in the present invention is at least 2
Since the individual heat treatment tanks are fixed in parallel and the spinning bobbin is carried in and out of one tank, a series of heat treatments of the spinning bobbins in the other tanks are performed. Well, the length of the bath can be reduced as compared with the conventional case where only one heat treatment bath is used.
