Problems to be Solved by the Invention The object of the present invention is that ordinary people can freely and easily carry out painting without the need for special tools or equipment, and the finished product can have an appearance similar to that of conventional ceramics. Moreover, it should be able to withstand the original use of ceramics and be able to use it everyday.

Means to solve the problem First, acrylic resin varnish was used as the main material on the surface of the ceramics that were completely finished by firing, and a melamine resin varnish, an epoxy resin varnish, an aromatic solvent and a silane coupling agent were mixed and mixed. A glaze is applied, and this is baked and cured to form a coating layer on the surface of the ceramics, and the coating layer is permeation dyed with a basic dye to which an aromatic solvent has been added, and desired painting is performed.

Acrylic resin varnish 44% by weight Melamine resin varnish 12 〃 Epoxy resin varnish 6 〃 Aromatic solvent 5 〃 Silane coupling agent 33 〃 Apply the above glaze on the surface of the above ceramics 1 and 2 by air spray and 10 to 20 minutes Air dry, at a temperature of 180 ℃ ~ 200 ℃
The glaze coating layer 3 is thermally cured by baking for 90 minutes to 100 minutes. When this coated ceramic is painted with a basic dye added with an aromatic solvent, for example, as shown in FIG.
Penetrates the glaze coating layer 3 of the ceramic. And a part of it is attached to the surface as an extra dye 4a. So, after painting, let it air dry for about 15 minutes, then wash with water, rinse off the excess dye 4a on the surface, wipe the surface of the ceramic with a soft cloth, and let it air dry for about 15 minutes to complete.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, easy painting on ceramics is generally done by easy firing, but as is well known, this is done by unglazed painting and then firing for about 30 minutes in a kiln. It is almost an appreciation product because it cannot achieve the intended function. In recent years, there is an oil-based pigment pen that can be used as a paint marker for anything, but when it is used in ceramics, it only adheres to the surface, and it discolors when pressure is applied. According to this invention, since a special glaze coating layer is provided on the ceramics, all that is required is to paint with a brush, felt-tip pen, etc., and then simply wash with water. It eliminates the inconvenience of putting kilns and can easily paint anywhere. Moreover, the finish is similar to that of conventional ceramics because the paint dye penetrates into the glaze coating layer, its light selection and texture are not inferior, and the color is thick and has a deep translucency that is maintained semipermanently. Can be made. Moreover, since the porcelain is fully finished by full-scale firing, it exhibits its original functional use such as a vase, and is sufficiently durable for everyday use. Therefore, it can be enjoyed in a short time in tourist spots, it has a very wide range of uses such as experience corners at various events, as well as school teaching materials, and it has many effects as a non-porcelain painting method that can easily enjoy the joy of creation. Is.

In addition, the above-mentioned glaze was able to form a smooth surface required for painting by adding surface tension to the coating layer formed on the surface of the ceramic by mixing the silane coupling agent.
