(Prior Art and Problems) Conventionally, as a device of this type, as shown in JP-A-61-165435, a washing machine is provided with a water supply passage from the bottom of a bathtub, and a predetermined water supply request is received from the washing machine. There is one that automatically supplies water to the washing machine from the bathtub only when the conditions are met.

However, this merely uses the remaining hot water, and cannot supply hot water at a temperature suitable for washing. For example, in the winter season, the remaining hot water is cold when laundering the next day, and it is difficult to say that it is suitable for laundering. Therefore, it was only to save water, and no consideration was given to the convenience and comfort of the supply destination of the remaining hot water.

The present invention is intended to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.
The hot water at the optimum temperature can be supplied to the water injection destination.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described. When the hot water is dropped into the bathtub 3, the solenoid valve 54 of the drop channel 5 is opened, and the pump 21 side of the three-way valve 56 and the drop channel 5 side are opened. Then, a water flow is generated in the water heater 1, and hot water heated to the set temperature by the heat exchanger 41 is discharged by a burner (not shown). Hot water comes from the exit channel 15 → drop channel 5 →
Pump 21 → outward route 22 → discharge port 31 → tub 3 are dropped in this order. At this time, the drop flow rate flowing through the drop water channel 5 is detected by the flow rate sensor 52, and when the integrated value of the detected flow rate reaches a predetermined hot water supply amount, the electromagnetic valve 54 is closed to stop hot water supply. Further, at the time of dropping, the water level sensor 28 detects the water level in the bathtub 3, and when the water level rises to a predetermined water level, the electromagnetic valve 54 can be closed to stop the hot water supply.

Next, in the case of additional heating, the pump 21 is operated to circulate the bath water, the hot water temperature is detected by the return temperature sensor 27, and when the hot water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the hot water is heated by the heat exchanger 24. When the return temperature sensor 27 detects that the set temperature has been reached, the pump 21 is stopped and the reheating operation is stopped.

When the washing water pouring switch is pressed by the operation unit (not shown), it is determined whether there is any hot water remaining in the bathtub 3 by the signal of the water level sensor 28 (S1). When there is remaining hot water, the pump 21 is operated, and when the water flow switch 23 is turned on and it is confirmed that there is water (S2.S3), the outgoing temperature sensor 25 detects the temperature of the remaining hot water (S4). If the residual hot water temperature To is higher than the optimum temperature Ts (S

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, when the remaining hot water is used in the washing machine or the like, the remaining hot water is heated according to the temperature of the remaining hot water. Therefore, when it is used for washing, dirt can be easily removed and it is convenient, and the user does not feel uncomfortable with cold water.
Further, when there is no remaining water in the bathtub, it is possible to supply hot water of the optimum temperature from the drop path side to the water injection destination.
