Generally, assembly houses are classified according to their construction method.
By the method of frame construction that uses so-called one-dimensional members such as columns and beams, by the panel construction method that uses so-called two-dimensional members such as panels, and by the unit construction method that uses so-called three-dimensional members such as unit units It is well known that they are roughly classified and the latter two have high factory production rates and are suitable for prefab. Thus, the panel construction method has the advantage that the degree of freedom in designing the building is high and the panel is flat, so that there is no waste in inventory, transportation, and the like. In addition, the above-mentioned unit construction method has the highest factory production rate because most of the interior and exterior, various equipment and internal and external works can be formed into a factory, and at the construction site, it is possible to build a house by mainly processing only the joint part of the unit etc. Has the advantages of.

However, the panel construction method has a disadvantage that it is less completed in the factory than the unit construction method, and particularly in the interior / exterior construction and various equipment construction, it requires substantially the same labor as the frame construction method. In addition, the above unit construction method has a low degree of freedom in designing a building and is inefficient in inventory and transfer because it is bulky. However, there are disadvantages such as

Then, the outer wall panels 5, 5, ... And the partition panels 6, 6 on the first floor are fixed by a conventional method to form the living room 7, the kitchen 8 and the like on the first floor. In this case, when fixing the outer wall panels 5, 5, ..., It is preferable to position them from the capsule 2 side. Further, the outer wall panels 5, 5, ... Can be provided with an interior / exterior material in advance in a factory. Figure 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the butt joints of outer wall panels, which had been difficult to achieve a beautiful finish, especially when interior materials were applied beforehand. Although an example of the assembled furniture of the present invention has been described above, the assembled house of the present invention is not limited to such an example. For example, capsules take into consideration mechanical equipment, productivity, etc. in factories, transportation restrictions, transportation distance, etc. at the time of transportation, and workability, safety, etc. at construction sites. The size, structure, etc. should be determined most efficiently, and each room that requires water facilities such as a bathroom, washroom, toilet, and kitchen should be connected in series in the order of the bathroom, the washroom, and the kitchen. And the sink required for the kitchen may be installed so as to be adjacent to the washbasin at the end on the washroom side in the kitchen. Also, the assembled house does not necessarily have to be a two-story building, and the capsules can be provided not only on the first floor but also on the second floor.

As described above, in the assembled house of the present invention, each room that requires water facilities such as a bathroom, a washroom, a toilet, and a kitchen, which is time-consuming for on-site construction, is connected in the order of the bathroom, the washroom, and the kitchen. And the sink required for the kitchen is formed by one capsule which is installed by being installed adjacent to the toilet at the end on the toilet side in the kitchen, and the peripheral side is mainly On-site because the parts of other houses such as the dining room, living room, bedroom, etc., which are formed only by walls, and other parts of the house, such as the floor and roof, are assembled and formed by the panel construction method after the capsules have been fixed. The construction is extremely easy, quality is improved and stable, and the centralization of water supply facilities shortens piping and wiring paths to reduce costs, and according to the order of the owner, for example, the living room can be enlarged. Degree of freedom in designing (changing) the living room High, further, those having various effects such as no disadvantages of the conventional unit construction method because using only those incorporating a time-consuming plumbing facilities on site construction as a capsule.
