(亀裂)が発生することが多い。そこで従来はそのよう
な割れの発生を防ぐために、絞り工程抜き工程曲

ようなプレス加工装置を用いて成形加工することによ
り、第9図の実線で示される目的製品(長フランジ製
品)10を製造していた。なお前出の第6図、第8図及
び第10図の加工方法を示す断面図は其れ其れ第5図、
第7図及び第9図のVI−VI線、VIII−VIII線及びX−X

集中する曲げ歪みが分散され、割れの発生を抑えること

で一挙に行なう。その加工方法を示している第2図(第
1図のII−II線断面に相応する位置の加工を示す断面
図)に基づいて説明すると、抜き加工装置の上型パッド
4及び下型3には素材を挾持すると同時に加工物14に
所要形状のビードを形成できる型面を形設する。一方、
はらい用バネ8としてはビードを形成させるための所要
の反発力を発揮できるバネを用いる。こうしてなる装置
を用いて、平板素材の抜き加工を行なうと、上型切刃9
の降下によって第1図(a)の、ビード1,2を有し、且
つ周縁部(スクラップ)19が取り除かれたワーク23
が簡便に製作できる。該ワーク23を第1図(a)のB方
向からみた部分正面図及びC方向からみた部分側面図が
其々第1図(b)及び第1図(c)である。そこのL1、L2、l1及

いたビード2の効果、即ち第1図(b)から判るように、L
2−L1分だけ予め伸ばしておいたことにより、曲げ加工
が容易である。またL2−L1のみでフランジ伸び分を吸収
しきれない場合、第3図中E,Eで示した部位に伸び及
び割れが発生するところであるが、第1図(a)及び(c)に
示すように被加工材にビード1を形成させてl2−l1だけ
伸ばしておいたことにより、割れを発生することなく曲
