Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アンテナ測定器のような方向性カップラ(DC1)を用いて実行される測定 でダイナミックレンジを拡張する方法において、アンテナのような分析下にある 対称物(10)へ測定用方向性カップラの第1の部分(3)を通じて信号が供給 され、該信号の一部は漏れ信号(A4)として前記測定用方向性カップラの第2 の部分(4)を通じて測定手段(12)の方へ直接的に漏洩し、 前記分析下にある対称物(10)から戻る信号が測定手段(12)によって測定 され、 位相化された補償信号(B5)を第2の方向性カップラ(DC2)を通じて測定 ライン(11)へ付与することにより、測定すべき信号へ合計する前記漏れ信号 (4)のようなスプリアス信号が除去される、ことを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1記載の方法において、前記補償信号(B5)を遅延させて、該補償 信号と測定方向性カップラから漏れる信号(A4)の間の位相差が波長の半分若 しくはその奇数倍(nλ/2,n=1,3,5・・・)の大きさを持つようにす ると共に、前記第2の方向性カップラ(DC2)のカップリングをその大きさに 関して前記測定用方向性カップラ(DC1)の指向性とカップリングの合計に等 しくなるようにすることによって前記補償信号(B5)の振幅を前記漏れ信号の 振幅と等しくなるよう調整する方法。 3.請求項1記載の方法において、前記測定ライン(11)で発生するスプリア ス信号を個別の測定によって決定し、また、前記補償信号(B5)を前記スプリ アス信号の測定に基づいて同調することにより、前記補償信号の振幅を前記スプ リアス信号の振幅と等しくすると共に前記補償信号の位相を前記スプリアス信号 の位相の反対となるようにする方法。 4.請求項1記載による方法を実行する装置において、電気測定信号を発生する 送信手段(15)と、前記送信手段(15)が接続されて、対称物(10)の方 へ測定すべき前記電気測定信号を結合するような測定用方向性カップラ(DC1 )と、対称物(10)から戻る測定すべき信号を測定する測定手段(12)と、 を備え、 第2方向性カップラ(DC2)は前記測定ライン(11)に接続され、前記送信 手段(15)は遅延ユニット(13)を通じて前記第2方向性カップラ(DC2 )に接続されることを特徴とする装置。 5.請求項4記載の装置において、前記第2の方向性カップラ(DC2)のカッ プリングは、その大きさが前記測定用方向性カップラ(DC1)の指向性とカッ プリングの合計に等しい装置。
