ホルダー(1)に偏よりが生じたり或は上下移動が円滑
に行われず、磁気ヘツドがオフトラツクを生じる原因と
なつていた。そこで、前記フレーム(4)の剛性を高
め、ホルダー(1)が円滑に作動するために解決せられ
るべき技術的問題点が生じてくるのである。

更に、該膨出部の略中央部に前記ガイドピンの案内溝を
開穿した磁気記録装置用フレームを提供せんとするもの
である。

きの開口部がない。依つて、前記膨出部と相俟つてフレ
ーム側面の剛性を高めることができ、曲げや捩りの外力
に対する強度を大に保持できる。而も、前記膨出部はプ
レス加工で容易に形成することができ、工数を増加した
り新たな部品を使用することなく、該案内溝周辺部のフ
レームを強化することができるのである。

され側面部(7)を形成している。図中該フレーム
(6)底面の右隅部にはモータ取付用の孔(8)(8)
(8)(8)が開穿されており、該フレーム(6)底面
の略中央部近傍へモータ取付座(9)を設けている。そ
して、前記側面部(7)の所定位置内側に膨出部(10)
を設ける。この膨出部(10)は第3図に示す如く、プレ
ス加工にてその上端(10a)及び下端(10b)に切込みを
設け、左右を絞つて内側へ突設させる「切り絞り」加工
が施されている。従って、該膨出部の上方に於てはフレ
ーム(6)の側面部(7)が連設されている。この「切
り絞り」加工と同時に該膨出部(10)の左右方向の略中
央部に、上下を長手方向とする案内溝(11)を開穿す
る。尚、本実施例では、膨出部(10)の上部であつて該
案内溝(11)に対応する側面(7)へ僅かに切込部(11
a)を設けてあるが、本考案に於てはこの切込部(11a)
は必ずしも必要とするものではない。

り絞り」加工を行つており、案内溝(11)も同時に開穿
する為、製作工数を低減することができる。又、該案内
溝(11)は膨出部(10)の上端(10a)部分で開口され
ているが、フレーム側面部(7)の上端にまでは及んで
おらず、該案内溝(11)の周辺部の強度が大に保時でき
る。而も、前記膨出部(10)はフレーム側面部(7)の
内側へ突設されている為、該フレーム(6)の外形寸法
には全く影響を及ぼすことはない。斯くして、当該FD装
置のフレーム(6)は曲げや捩りに対する剛性を高める
ことができ、ホルダーの上下移動が円滑に行われ、磁気
ヘツドがオフトラツクを生ずる危惧も解消されるのであ
る。

依つて、ホルダーを円滑に作動させることができ、従来
型に於て生じいた磁気ヘツドのオフトラツクをなくすこ
とができ、常時安定した作動を得ることが可能となる。
而も、前記膨出部はプレス打抜きにて容易に加工でき、
新たに部品を使用することもなく、又、FD装置のフレー
ム全体を鋼板のフレーム構成とすることができ、該FD装
置のフレームを安価に形成できる等、コストダウンにも
寄与できるものである。
