That is, the dryer main body 101 is formed in a horizontally long rectangular tube shape that is long in the front-rear direction. A hot air blowing chamber 102 and a dust exhausting chamber 103 are provided symmetrically on the left and right sides of the dryer main body 101 in a laterally long direction. Between the hot-air blowing chamber 102 and the dust-exhaust chamber 103, a hot-air slanting mountain-shaped partition body 106 and a waste-air-driving slanting mountain-shaped partition body 107 are alternately arranged side by side in a direction orthogonal to the lateral direction. The formed ventilation drying case 110 is inserted freely in and out. The ventilation drying casing 110 has a hot-air slats 111 whose upper surface open side is covered with a chevron partition 106 for hot-air slats.
And the exhaust air drainboard 113 whose open side is covered with the mountain-shaped partition 107 for the exhaust air drainboard, between the two snowboards 111, 113.
The ventilation drying housings 110 in the shape of a box, which are alternately arranged so as to be respectively formed, are inserted in and out freely along the direction orthogonal to the laterally long direction. The left and right side walls of the ventilation drying case 110 connect the hot air blower 111 and the hot air blower chamber 102 to each other.
117, and an air exhaust window 118 that connects the exhaust air drainboard 113 and the dust exhaust air chamber 103 is formed.

And the cover plate 123 of the dust exhaust chamber 103 are removed, and then the hot air blow chamber 10
By using the inlet / outlet windows 108 and 109 opened on the inner wall 104 of the second part or the inner wall 105 of the dust exhaust chamber 103, respectively, the ventilation drying casing 110 having a short length and formed into a casing can be inserted. By the way, the upper open side of the plurality of hot-air slates 111 arranged vertically inside the ventilation drying housing 110 is covered with the chevron partition 106 for the hot-air sludge at the same time, and the upper open side of the exhausted slats 113 is also discharged. It is in a state of being covered in conformity with the mountain-shaped partition body 107 for the wind-shaped saw board. Therefore, the cover plates 121 and 123 are used to form the hot air blowing chamber 102 and the dust blowing chamber 103.
If the opening is closed, dry hot air is supplied from the hot air blowing chamber 102 into the hot air drainboard 111 through the air blowing window 117, then traverses the drying passage 115 and enters the exhaust air drainboard 113, and exhaust air from the air exhaust window 118. It is possible to carry out a distribution operation in which air is exhausted to the chamber 103. Therefore, under the conditions as described above, the seed grain as the dried grain is treated with the hot-air drainboard 111 and the exhaust-air drainboard 113.
Is supplied to the inside of the dryer main body 101 so as to be buried therein. Then, when a predetermined amount of seed grain is filled in the dryer main body 101, the supply is stopped, dry hot air is generated in the hot air blowing chamber 102, and at the same time, the dust exhaust chamber 103 is brought to a negative pressure state. If so, the generated dry hot air enters the hot air slat 111 through the blast window 117 from the hot blast chamber 102 due to the negative pressure inside the dust blast chamber 103, and then exits the hot air slat 111 to the drying passage.
After traversing 115, it enters the exhaust air drainboard 113, is further sucked into the dust exhaust air chamber 103 from the air exhaust window 118, and then is exhausted to the outside of the machine in a concentrated manner to perform a distribution action.

Repeated seed drying results in the previous seed grain being mixed with new heterogeneous grains. In such a case, the cover plate 121 of the hot air blowing chamber 102 and the cover plate 123 of the dust exhaust chamber 103 are removed, and then the ventilation drying housing 110 is removed.
To the right side or left side of the dryer main body 101 and pull out to the outside through the inlet / outlet windows 108 and 109 to quickly clean and remove seed grains, straws, foreign substances and the like adhering to the hot air drainboard 111 and the exhaust air drainboard 113. It is possible to easily inspect and clean the inside of the dryer main body 101 while saving labor.

By filling the inside and drying it, different seed grains can be dried without being mixed.

The hot air blowing chamber 102 and the dust exhausting chamber 103 are arranged symmetrically. Further, the space between the hot air blowing chamber 102 and the dust blowing chamber 103 is located at substantially the center position, and both ends have inner walls of the hot air blowing chamber 102 and the dust blowing chamber 103.
A plurality of chevron-shaped partition bodies 106 for hot-air drainboards and chevron-shaped partition bodies 107 for exhaust-air drainage boards are alternately arranged in parallel with each other, which are mounted on 104 and 105 and are oriented in a direction orthogonal to the lateral direction. 108,1
The reference numeral 09 designates opening / closing windows of similar shapes which are respectively opened in the inner wall 104 of the hot air blowing chamber 102 and the inner wall 105 of the dust blowing chamber 103 below the mountain partition 106 for the hot air sludge and the mountain partition 107 for the exhaust sludge. The case-like ventilation drying case 110 can be inserted and removed freely through the left and right access windows 108 and 109. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the ventilation drying housing 110 has both upper and lower surfaces open and right and left both ventilation surfaces 112, 112.

Since the cross-down feed-out chamber 126 is formed by the chevron partition wall 127 just below 14, the grain flow divided in the front-rear direction in the drying passage 115 ...
After passing through ..., this time, the flow is diverted to the left and right to cross-flow down to efficiently mix and stir the seed grains with different initial moisture content values, and at the same time improve the fluidity of the seed grains and dry the grains. It is possible to dry uniformly without causing unevenness and unevenness in flowing down.

る。Effect of the Invention In short, since the present invention is configured as described above, even a grain dryer capable of storing the same amount of seed grains can be heated
By increasing the number of 111, exhaust air drainboards 113 and drying passages 115, the air blow loss to the hot air drainboards 111 is reduced as much as possible, and even if the generated hot air volume is the same, a large amount of hot air is supplied into the hot air drainboards 111. The length of the hot air drainboard 111 and the exhaust air drainboard 113 is short, and the simple construction significantly increases the durability against the accumulated grain pressure and simplifies the entire dryer. Perhaps as much as possible, the number of places where seed grains flow down is increased to reduce the occurrence of circulation unevenness due to unevenness of flow, and it is possible to dry the seed grains more evenly, and part of the dust mixed in the seed grains is dried. Even if the hot air sludge 111 or the exhaust air sludge 113 enters in the flow-down process of the passage 115, the dust does not deposit and remain on the inner bottom of the hot air sludge 111 or the exhaust air sludge 113, and all of them are filled with seed grains. Flowed into the feeding chamber 126 , It is possible to prevent the occurrence of a fire in the grain dryer due to the flammable combustion of accumulated dust and to achieve a safe drying operation accurately for a long period of time. Pull out one ventilation drying case 110 with open upper and lower sides to one of the left and right sides, and attach it to the ventilation surfaces 112, 114 of the hot air drying boards 111 and the exhaust air drying boards 113 that are alternately installed vertically in the hot air drying housing 110. It is possible to easily and quickly clean seed grains, straws, and other foreign matter that have been collected, and at the same time make it easy to inspect and clean the inside of the dryer main body 101, for example, using the same grain dryer for different types of grain. Alternatively, even when the seed grains are continuously dried, it is possible to accurately dry the seed grains without mixing different types of grains or seed grains.
