[Prior Art] For example, in building foundation formwork, hollow concrete blocks are stacked in two rows in parallel by a joint construction method, and concrete is poured between them.

As a conventional hollow concrete block, for example,
The ones shown in 62-144317 and 57-117121 are known. In this structure, a concave groove portion is provided on one of the upper surface and the lower surface, and a convex portion that fits into the concave groove portion is provided on the other side. Further, the depth of the concave groove portion is formed to be shorter than the length of the convex portion so that a constant gap is formed in the joint when the convex portions are brought into contact with the concave groove portion.

In the above prior art, since the concave groove portion and the convex portion are in contact with each other to form a gap in the joint, a gap is generated between the blocks in the vertical direction due to this joint, and air is released, which causes a problem in heat retention and fire prevention. . Therefore, as described in the above publication, mortar is interposed in the joint. As described above, there is a problem in that the construction cost is high in terms of the number of construction man-hours and the construction time because the work of interposing the mortar in the joint is required.

The above purpose is to provide a concave groove portion on one side of the upper surface and the lower surface, and a hollow concrete block provided with a convex portion that fits into the concave groove portion on the other side, so that the upper surface and the lower surface are in close contact when stacked. This is achieved by forming the depth of the concave groove portion to be longer than the length of the convex portion.

When stacked, the convex portion floats above the concave groove portion, the upper surface and the lower surface are in close contact with each other, and there is no gap in the joint between the blocks. Therefore, it is not necessary to interpose mortar in the joints, which can reduce the construction man-hour and the construction time, and the construction cost can be significantly reduced.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 1 shows a basic hollow concrete block (hereinafter referred to as “block”) 10, and FIG. 2 shows a corner hollow concrete block (hereinafter referred to as “block”) 20 used only at a corner portion. Blocks 10 and 20 are provided with a plurality of convex portions 11 and 21 on the lower surface, respectively, and on the upper surface, fitting portions 12 and 22 to which the convex portions 11 and 21 are fitted and a horizontal streak 30 shown in FIG. 3 are mounted. Recessed groove portions 14 and 24 including the groove portions 13 and 23 to be placed are provided. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 (c) and 2 (c), the depths of the concave grooves 14 and 24 are convex so that the upper surface and the lower surface do not come into close contact with each other to form a gap in the joint when stacked.
It is formed longer than the length of 11 and 21. Block 10
Vertical grooves for arranging the vertical stripes 31 shown in FIG. 3 on both sides of the
15 are provided, and vertical stripes 31 are provided on both sides and the center of the block 20.
Is provided with a vertical groove 25 and a vertical hole 26.
Further, in order to reduce the amount of raw material and the weight of the blocks 10 and 20, the blind holes 17 are formed between the convex portions 11 and 21 above the lower surface,
27 are provided respectively. Of course, the blind holes 17 and 27 may be through holes penetrating the upper surface.

Next, a case where the building foundation formwork is carried out using the blocks 10 and 20 will be described with reference to FIG. Foundation concrete
The lower end of the vertical streaks 31 arranged vertically is embedded in 40. Therefore, only blocks 10 and 20 at the bottom are joint mortars.
Lay them in parallel through 41 as shown in the figure. It goes without saying that the blocks 20 are laid out only at the corners. Next, the horizontal streaks 30 are placed on the groove portions 13 and 23 of the concave groove portions 14 and 24 of the two rows of blocks 10 and 20 of the bottom row, respectively, and the width stop streaks 32 whose both ends are bent are provided between the horizontal ribs 30. Place it.

After that, the blocks 10 and 20 are sequentially stacked on the two rows of blocks 10 and 20 in the bottom row. In this case, in the middle of the process, the embodiment arranges the horizontal stirrup 30 and the width stop streak 32 at the third, sixth, and ninth positions from the bottom. It should be noted that the groove portion where the horizontal streak 30 is arranged
Mortar is poured into the vertical grooves 15 and 25 in which the vertical stripes 31 and 13 are arranged, but it is not necessary to interpose joint mortar between the adjacent vertical and horizontal blocks 10 and 20. In this way, when the two columns are stacked in parallel as shown in the drawing, concrete is poured into the space 42 during that period, and the foundation work is completed.

When the blocks 10 and 20 are sequentially stacked as described above, the projections 11 of the blocks 10 and 20 that are stacked on the blocks 10 and 20 are fitted in the fitting portions 12 and 22 of the concave groove portions 14 and 24 of the blocks 10 and 20. , 21 are fitted together, and no joint gap is formed, it is not necessary to interpose joint mortar between adjacent vertical and horizontal blocks 10 and 20, and they can be simply stacked.

FIG. 4 shows a corner type hollow concrete block (hereinafter referred to as a block) 40 which is used in place of the corner type hollow concrete block 20 (see FIGS. 2 and 3 (c)). This block 40 has substantially the same shape as the basic hollow concrete block 10 shown in FIG. That is, the block 40 is provided with a plurality of convex portions 41 on the lower surface, and the fitting portion 42 into which the convex portion 41 is fitted and the horizontal streaks 30 shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 are placed on the upper surface. A concave groove portion 44 including the groove portion 43 is provided. Further, on one side surface and the other side surface side of the block 40, a vertical groove 45 and a vertical hole 46 for disposing the vertical streaks 31 shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 are provided. In order to reduce the amount of raw material and the weight, blind holes 47 are provided between the convex portions 41 above the lower surface. Of course, the blind hole 47 may be a through hole penetrating the upper surface.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the case of using it for building foundation formwork construction has been described, but the same applies to the case of stacking in one row such as a wall body or a fence, except for the width stop bar 32 in FIG. You can proceed with the construction method.

[Effects of the Invention] As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the second or lower order from the bottom only needs to stack the hollow concrete blocks, so no skill is required. Moreover, since it is not necessary to interpose joint mortar both vertically and horizontally between the hollow concrete blocks, the construction time is greatly reduced.
