DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Outline] A housing structure for mounting a signal system circuit section, a bias system circuit section, and a coaxial waveguide conversion section of a radio device in an ultra-high frequency band,
A circuit section in which a signal system circuit mounting recess is provided on one surface and a bias system circuit mounting recess is provided on the other surface, and a coaxial conversion section housing fitting section is formed in which a longitudinal end portion in which the bias system circuit mounting recess is formed is cut out. A casing and a coaxial conversion unit casing provided with a coaxial conversion unit mounting recess fitted to the coaxial conversion unit casing fitting unit, and the coaxial conversion unit casing fitting portion of the circuit unit casing has a coaxial conversion unit casing Screw it so that one of the openings is on the outside,
By mounting the signal system circuit on the upper part of the circuit unit housing and the bias system circuit on the lower part, the coaxial waveguide conversion unit and the signal system circuit and the bias system circuit are independent, so the characteristics due to mutual interference due to radio wave leakage. It has a structure that can prevent obstacles and does not require precision finishing of the housing, reducing the processing man-hours.

In recent years, with the recent advances in wireless communication, the frequencies used in these communication devices are becoming higher and higher (microwaves with short wavelengths, millimeter waves, etc.). Therefore, in order to prevent radio wave leakage between the signal system circuit, the bias system circuit, the coaxial waveguide conversion circuit, and the like that compose these devices, each circuit has a shielded housing structure. In the housing structure, if the contact part is not finished accurately, a gap will be created, and radio waves may leak from this gap.To eliminate the gap at this contact part, a lot of man-hours are required for finishing, so precise finishing is required. There is a demand for the appearance of a housing structure that can eliminate radio wave leakage with an unnecessary structure.

In the above-mentioned conventional housing structure, since the high-frequency housing and the bias system circuit housing that are divided into two parts are screwed together, the contact surfaces of these screwed housings are smooth common surfaces. There is a risk that a gap will be created, and if a gap is created, radio waves will leak between the bias system circuit section and the coaxial conversion section mounting recess, that is, the waveguide section, and the characteristics will be adversely affected by mutual interference resulting from this radio wave leak. Therefore, in order to eliminate this gap, the contact surfaces of the individual housings must be precisely finished, which requires a lot of man-hours.
