ハンドルを操作した場合、駒パッキンcが弁座dに当接
してからピストン状弁体aがさらに下降する際、流出口
側の水は逃げるところがなく、水を圧縮しようとする力
が働く。そのため、ハンドル操作が非常に重くなり、あ
るいはハンドル操作不能となり、凍結事故等につながっ
