And a hose that guides the high-pressure water into the pipe D to be cleaned, and
It is composed of a hose delivery mechanism C for delivering
It is installed in a high pressure washing car. The hose delivery mechanism C includes a swivel base capable of reciprocating swiveling within a predetermined angle, a reel mounted and fixed on the swivel base, and a reel rotatable in the vertical direction by a hydraulic motor, and wound around the reel to supply high-pressure water. And a hose for feeding into the pipe D to be cleaned. The hose is connected to a high-pressure pipe extended from the pressurizer B through a swivel joint provided at the end of the shaft of the reel, and has a nozzle for ejecting high-pressure water attached to its tip. Then, the tip of the hose is inserted into the pipe D to be cleaned such as a sewer pipe, and the high pressure water sprayed from the nozzle scrapes off the deposits on the inner surface of the pipe D to be cleaned.

There is a problem that the adhered substances must be scraped off, and a problem that the inner surface of the pipe to be cleaned must be cleaned uniformly so that the injection direction of the high pressure water can be arbitrarily changed.

用を充分発揮することができないという問題点がある。Also, in the case of a nozzle equipped with a rotatable nozzle as well, high-pressure water can be uniformly applied to the inner surface of the pipe to be cleaned, but since the rotation speed of the nozzle is too high, the inner surface of the pipe to be cleaned has a predetermined size. The injection time of the high-pressure water on the deposit is short, and the high-pressure water passes over the surface of the deposit. Therefore, there is a problem that it is not possible to sufficiently exert the action of scraping off the strongly adhered adhered matter.

And a gear wheel 5 provided on the underside of the rotary table 4
Is connected by a chain 6 to the first hydraulic motor 7 for rotating the rotary table 4 so that forward rotation, reverse rotation and stop can be freely switched, and an axis parallel to the upper surface of the rotary table 4. A reel 13 installed on the turntable 4 so as to be rotatable about a center, and a reel 14 wound around the reel 13 and attached to the tip and a reel at the end.
A connecting pipe 11 passing through the axis of the rotary shaft 9 of 13, a second swivel joint 12 attached to the end of the rotary shaft 9, a high pressure hose 21, and a first swivel joint 19 provided between the base 2 and the rotary base 4. So that the hose 15 connected to the high-pressure pipe 23 extended from the pressurizer B via the hose 15 and the end of the hose 15 can be drawn outward along the extension line of the rotary shaft 9 of the rotary table 4.
It is arranged above the reel 13 so as to be extended upward and then guided to the pipe D to be cleaned, and has a hole 39 for allowing the hose 15 to pass through in a bottom portion 40, and each has a two-stage reel-shaped roller 41a,

つの課題が解決される。<Operation> To perform the cleaning operation, first pull out the end of the hose 15 to which the nozzle 14 is attached from the reel 13 to remove the frame 38.
Through the hole 39 of the hose guide member 37 and the bottom 40 of the hose guide member 37, further inserted between the rollers 41a, 41b and between the rollers 41a, 41b, and then extended downward to be the pipe to be cleaned installed in a building or underground. Insert in D. Here, when the high pressure water from the pressurizer B is sent to the hose 15 via the high pressure pipe 23, the high pressure hose 21, and the connecting pipe 11, the high pressure water is jetted from the nozzle 14,
The deposits on the inner surface of the pipe D to be cleaned are scraped off. On the other hand, when the first hydraulic motor 7 is driven to rotate the turntable 4 as necessary, the hose 15 extending from the reel 13
Is twisted and the nozzle 14 rotates. Since the rotational drive of the first hydraulic motor 7 is controlled so that the forward rotation, reverse rotation and stop of the reel can be freely switched, the high pressure of the nozzle 14 inserted in the pipe D to be cleaned is controlled. The water jet direction can be changed arbitrarily, and cleaning work can be performed according to the degree of adhesion of adhered matter. Therefore, the above-mentioned two problems of reliably scraping off the deposits on the inner surface of the pipe D to be cleaned without leaving any residue are solved.

25 and an outer portion 26 that can be rotatably fitted to the outer periphery. On the outer circumference of the inner part 25, annular grooves 27 and 28 are formed in two steps, while on the inner circumference of the outer part 26, annular grooves 29 and 30 are formed at positions facing the grooves 27 and 28. I am doing it. The groove 27 of the inner side portion 25 is connected to the one hydraulic pipe 20 through a through hole formed in the lower portion of the protruding portion 24, and the groove 28 is also the groove 28.
Is connected to the other hydraulic pipe 20 through a through hole penetrating the lower part of the. The groove 29 of the outer portion 26 is connected to the one hydraulic hose 18 through a through hole penetrating into the side portion of the outer portion 25, and the groove 30 is also the other through the through hole penetrating into the side portion of the outer portion 26. Connected to the hydraulic hose 18 of. This inside part 25
On the outer periphery of the groove 27, annular packings 31, 31, 31 are attached to the upper portion of the groove 27, the groove 27, the portion between the grooves 29 and the lower portion of the groove 28, and oil is applied to the outer periphery of the inner portion 25 and It does not flow vertically through the gap between the inner circumferences of the outer portions 26. With such a configuration, the outward path is the hydraulic pump (not shown), the hydraulic pipe 20, the through hole, and the groove 2.
7, the groove 29, one hydraulic hose 18, the second hydraulic motor 17 in this order, and the return path is the second hydraulic motor 17, the other hydraulic hose 18, the groove 30, the through hole, the other hydraulic pipe 20, the hydraulic pressure. A hydraulic circuit is formed that returns in the order of the pump (not shown). Therefore, even if the turntable 4 rotates with respect to the base 2, the second hydraulic motor 17 is operated without oil leaking to the outside.

Next, high-pressure water is supplied from the pressurizer B to the high-pressure pipe 23, the first swivel joint 19,
The high-pressure hose 21, the second swivel joint 12, and the connecting pipe 11 are fed into the hose 15. The high-pressure water sent to the hose 15 is jetted from the nozzle 14 in the pipe D to be cleaned, and scrapes off the deposits on the inner surface of the pipe D to be cleaned. At this time, by controlling the first hydraulic motor 7 to rotate and rotate the turntable 4, the hose 15 extending from the reel 13
Is twisted and the nozzle 14 at the end of the hose 15 is rotated, so that the adhering matter can be eliminated by changing the injection part of the high-pressure water arbitrarily. On the other hand, if there is a strongly adhering matter, the first hydraulic pressure is applied. The motor 7 is stopped, and high pressure water is intensively sprayed to that portion. Therefore, it is possible to reliably scrape off the adhered matter on the inner surface of the pipe D to be cleaned without leaving it.
