As a method, a heat-resistant paint is applied to the back surface of the transparent ceramic glass. If the baking plate is to be baked and a cooking plate with a lot of colors is to be adopted, inconvenience arises in the configuration of the temperature detecting device of the prior art.

And a temperature detecting device having a metal body, and a heat-resistant protective material made of a heat-resistant glass tape having a thickness of about 0.1 mm is interposed between the metal body and the heat-resistant coating film so as to be in contact with each other. It is a thing.

Moreover, since the heat-resistant protective material is made extremely thin, the temperature detection performance is not deteriorated.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 4 denotes a cooking plate, on which the heat-resistant coating film 6 is baked on the back surface of the heat-resistant glass 5 such as transparent ceramic.
Reference numeral 7 denotes a temperature detecting element (for example, a thermistor), which is supported by a metal body 8 (hereinafter referred to as a heat conducting metal body) having a high thermal conductivity such as aluminum so as to easily detect a heat change from the cooking plate 4. ing. Reference numeral 9 is a spring body for pressing the heat conducting metal body 8 toward the cooking plate 4 side. 10
Is a heat resistant protective material, and is attached to the surface of the heat conductive metal body. This heat-resistant protective material 10 does not reduce the thermal conductivity between the cooking plate 4 and the heat-conducting metal body 8 and protects the heat-resistant coating film 6 of the cooking plate 4 which is the object of the present invention. And, as a result of selecting from various conditions such as heat resistant materials that can withstand high temperature conditions such as when cooking in an empty pot, the thickness is 0.1 m
A heat-resistant glass tape of about m is most suitable.

However, the heat resistant coating film 5 is not damaged. In particular, when the heat-resistant protective material 10 is a heat-resistant glass tape as in the present embodiment, it is flexible and easy to attach and can be provided at a low cost.
