Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 胴部１を紙管によって形成した包装容器の構
成部材のすべてを紙製にして、使用後の処分を容易に
し、また、蓋板１５を胴部に対して着脱自在とする。 【構成】 紙管からなる胴部の上下両端縁に、紙管を内
側に巻き込んだカール部を形成し、胴部に紙製の底板を
嵌め入れて底板を下方のカール部の上面に接着し、胴部
の上方のカール部の下面に、リング形の紙製の蓋載置板
を接着し、紙製の蓋板を蓋載置板に載置し、蓋板の周面
を上方のカール部の内周面に弾性的に密着保持させた構
成とする。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、胴部を紙管によって
形成した包装容器に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及びその課題】従来から胴部を紙管によっ
て形成した包装容器がある。
【０００３】ところが、この種の包装容器の底板や蓋板
は、従来、金属やプラスチックによって形成されている
ため、使用後において焼却処分ができないし、そのまま
放置されると環境を害するおそれがある。
【０００４】また、上記従来の包装容器の場合、金属又
はプラスチック製の蓋板を取り外すと、再封緘できない
という問題もあった。
【０００５】そこで、この発明は、胴部以外の底板や蓋
板も紙製で、しかも蓋板の再封緘が可能な包装容器を提
供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明は、上記の課題
を解決するために、紙管からなる胴部の上下両端縁に、
紙管を内側に巻き込んだカール部を形成し、胴部に紙製
の底板を嵌め入れて底板を下方のカール部の上面に接着
し、胴部の上方のカール部の下面に、リング形の紙製の
蓋載置板を接着し、紙製の蓋板を蓋載置板に載置し、蓋
板の周面を上方のカール部の内周面に弾性的に密着保持
させた構成としたものである。

【作用】上記の構成により、胴部以外の構成部材も紙製
となるので、そのまま焼却処分が可能となる。
【０００８】また、紙製の蓋板は、蓋載置板に載置さ
れ、その周面が胴部上方のカール部の内周面に弾性的に
密着保持されるので、着脱が容易であり、再封緘が可能
となる。

【実施例】以下、この発明の実施例を添付図面に基づい
て説明する。
【００１０】胴部１は、紙管を所要の長さに切断して形
成されており、その上下両端縁には内側に巻き込まれた
カール部２が形成されている。この実施例では、紙管の
断面形状は円形であるが、だ円形でも角形でもよい。
【００１１】上記胴部１の外面には、適宜、化粧紙を貼
り付けてもよい。
【００１２】上記胴部１の下方には、紙製の底板３が嵌
め込まれており、この底板３は下方のカール部２の上面
に接着されている。
【００１３】また、胴部１の上方のカール部２の下面に
は、リング形の紙製の蓋載置板４が接着されている。こ
の蓋載置板４の上面には、紙製の蓋板５が載置されてい
る。蓋板５は、周面が、胴部１の上方のカール部２の内
周面にぴったりと嵌まる大きさに形成され、蓋板５を嵌
め入れると、カール部２の弾性によって蓋板５がカール
部２の内周面に密着保持される。
【００１４】また、上記蓋板５の周縁部には、蓋板５の
取り外しを容易にするために、つまみ部６が形成されて
いる。

【発明の効果】以上のように、この発明の包装容器は、
構成部材がすべて紙製であるから、安価に製造できると
共に、使用後の処分も容易である。
【００１６】また、蓋板は、胴部に対して着脱が容易で
あるとともに、再封緘が可能である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 紙管からなる胴部の上下両端縁に、紙管
    を内側に巻き込んだカール部を形成し、胴部に紙製の底
    板を嵌め入れて底板を下方のカール部の上面に接着し、
    胴部の上方のカール部の下面に、リング形の紙製の蓋載
    置板を接着し、紙製の蓋板を蓋載置板に載置し、蓋板の
    周面を上方のカール部の内周面に弾性的に密着保持させ
    たことを特徴とする包装容器。
