Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a shaping permanent setting method in hairdressing and beauty of hair, an ammonium thioglycolate solution is applied to hair having a predetermined shape, and the protein constituting the hair is heated at room temperature or under heating. A method of fixing the shape / morphology by cleaving the cystine bond and then rearranging the cystine bond along the given shape / shape by natural oxidation with air or by an oxidation reaction with an oxidizing agent is called It has been widely practiced as is known by the popular name "perm". On the other hand, as a method of fixing the shape and form of hair products, although there is a high demand for a setting method with excellent durability such as folds and pleats for woolen fabric products, the operation and principle are slightly the same as the permanent setting method of hair. The so-called "Si-Ro-Set" process of the Australian patent filed in 1957, in which Ammonium thioglycolate is used for setting, is known, and practically used and widely used methods are hardly found. Is in a state.

した。As described above, the method of using thioglycolate (ammon thioglycolate) for the shaping permanent set in hairdressing and beauty of hair is a method which has a long history and is a well-established permanent method. is there. However, this method has a major defect that it is an unbearable and remarkable odor inherent to the reaction agent thioglycolate, and at the time of orthopedic permanent setting, a bad odor that is not suitable for the image of barber and beauty is stagnant and effectively changed. Since there is no way to do it, the reality is that he persevered with the idea that it was an inevitable patience for hairdressing and beauty. Furthermore, it was not uncommon for this thioglycolate to be adsorbed to hair or skin and not easily and completely removed, and to be able to escape from an unpleasant odor with odor even after setting for a long time. On the other hand, Si-R0-S was invented as a permanent setting method for hair products.
In the et method, too, the vapor and odor of thioglycolate, which is also highly toxic to the work environment, scatters the shape and form of a large number of products. There was a problem that it was difficult to adopt due to safety management, and it was difficult to put it into practical use. Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to eliminate such problems and receive a permanent set of hairdressing and beauty without discomfort, and even though the demand is high, there is no effective means, so excellent performance is obtained. The shape that has been given up as a sole defect of hair products that have
Gives the hair product a permanent setting property of the shape without an unpleasant work environment, gives sewing performance that also includes three-dimensional moldability for the hair product, and enables set processing with excellent durability such as folds and pleats. In addition, we succeeded in giving hair products a function that improves the maintenance-free degree when worn.

Although the elastic modulus is not high, and the hygroscopicity is large, the tensile elastic modulus and other fiber physical properties are greatly changed (decreased) due to the moisture absorption, but these do not become defects, but on the contrary, the elastic recovery rate is high and it is comfortable to wear. It is a fiber with an extremely excellent function that it does not become sticky and wrinkle due to moisture. However, on the other hand, this feature makes it difficult to perform so-called permanent setting that gives a predetermined shape and form, fixing hairstyle in hairdressing and beauty, fixing three-dimensional shape and form to hair products, pleats and folds. It was a drawback that made it difficult to set. Principles for carrying out the so-called permanent set method for imparting and fixing the shape and form of products consisting of hair, wool, cashmere and other animal hairs include cystine as a protein constituent and cystine of these animal hairs (human hair). The bond is reduced to a reversible form of cysteine under a given shape and morphology, cleaved, and then reoxidized to an oxidative reaction while maintaining the given shape and morphology. It is considered that morphological fixation is performed by restoring and forming the organized cystine bond. Since such a shape / morphology setting method is a chemical-bonding shape memory treatment, when applied to a knitted fabric, the elements that reduce the setting effect due to the displacement of the yarns constituting the knitted fabric and the displacement of the knitted fabric constituent structure are Although it is unavoidable, it is an excellent setting method that has durability of the setting effect that is not inferior to the setting effect of utilizing the thermoplasticity of the synthetic fiber knitted fabric. The shape and form fixing treatment of these hairs and hair products can be carried out according to the following steps. Fixing the object to be treated in a prescribed shape / form (or giving it a prescribed shape / form) While maintaining the object to be treated in a prescribed shape / form, apply a cystine-binding reducing agent solution of the required concentration / requirement React at temperature for a certain time Treat the treated product in the air with natural oxidation or an oxidant solution to rearrange and re-bond the cystine bond while maintaining the predetermined shape and morphology. If necessary (warm water) wash treatment [may be omitted. Therefore, in order to carry out such a permanent set, as much as possible, only the cystine bond is reduced and the other (dye or the like) is not reduced. The selectivity is high and the reductivity is moderate. It is a reducing agent that exhibits reducing ability under various conditions. It is colorless and odorless and does not damage proteins such as hair fibers and skin.It can be used as a solution dissolved in a stable safe solvent such as an aqueous solution. If permanent set or scattered after treatment to no longer remains in the workpiece, or presence of at least residual reagents and reaction residues it is necessary to select a reducing agent which does not interfere. It is considered that the above-mentioned thioglycolate was selected and put into practical use from such a viewpoint, and as a result of many years of use, this reducing agent satisfies many of the above-mentioned requirements and is conventionally known. Although it is recognized as the best among these products, unfortunately, it had a drawback that it emits a remarkable odor as pointed out above.

That is, the borohydride compound has a high selectivity and an appropriate reducibility, and is suitable for reducing the cystine bond without reducing other (dye or the like) more than necessary. It has sufficient reducing power to reduce cystine bond under mild conditions of low temperature and low concentration. It can be dissolved in a safe and stable general-purpose solvent such as water, isopropanol, diethylene glycol, and dioxane (at room temperature and below room temperature) to give a stable solution which does not hinder practical use and can be easily and safely treated. The aqueous solution is colorless and odorless. A 1-5% strength solution is sufficient to carry out the reduction reaction of cystine bonds in hair and hair products. The reduction reaction of the protein having a cystine bond proceeds even at room temperature, and at 100 to 100 ° C. at a considerable rate at 30 to 40 ° C.
It progresses extremely violently at ℃. (So-called cold-permanent treatment is possible in hair setting set) Since the treatment can be carried out using a small amount of a low-concentration solution, the absolute amount of the treatment agent attached is small, and a reducible substance (protein having a cystine bond) is present. Below, the reaction activity of the borohydride compound is high, there is almost no remaining of the highly active borohydride compound for a long time, and the main decomposition residue is also safe sodium borate, so it is safe and does not cause bleaching due to residue precipitation. However, the removal treatment may be omitted, but if necessary, it can be easily dissolved and removed by washing with water. If unreacted boron hydride compound is a concern, washing with warm water will facilitate decomposition and removal even if it remains. . From the viewpoint of stability, the borohydride compound used in the present invention is preferably sodium borohydride, potassium borohydride, or lithium borohydride, of which sodium borohydride and potassium borohydride are particularly preferred. When using lithium borohydride, it is desirable to use it as a solution of diethylene glycol or isopropanol in terms of stability.

The knitting recombination is completed, but when an excess boron hydride compound is added, it is desirable to complete the removal of the excess treatment agent and the recombination of the cystine bond by any of the following treatments. That is, when the washing operation can be carried out, washing with warm water and drying with warm air can complete the removal of the excess treating agent and the re-bonding of the cystine bond. When the washing operation is not possible and the treatment can be performed at high temperature (60 to 100 ° C.), the treatment at high temperature can complete the decomposition of the excess treatment agent and the re-bonding of cystine bond. If none of the treatments in paragraph is not possible or if you do not want to perform the treatment in paragraph, it may be applied by a method such as spraying a dilute solution of an oxidizing agent to complete the decomposition of the excess treatment agent and the recombination of cystine bonds. I can. The oxidizing agent used here is preferably a dilute solution of hydrogen peroxide or a dilute solution of persulfate, but it is desirable to dilute it so that the use concentration is 1% or less.

An example of an embodiment of form fixing processing is shown. That is, the object to be treated (hair and hair products) is fixed in a predetermined shape and form, a predetermined concentration (1 to 5%) of a borohydride compound solution is applied thereto, and the solution is kept at a predetermined temperature (30 to 40 ° C.). The treatment time is shortened as the temperature becomes higher), the excess boron hydride compound is washed and removed with water, dried with warm air and naturally air-oxidized, or a dilute oxidant solution is added to oxidize and complete the treatment. Shape of
Since the shape is fixed, the durability of the set effect is extremely excellent, and a literal permanent set can be performed. The shape / shape fixing method of the present invention is to fix an object to be processed into a predetermined shape → spraying a boron hydride compound solution → holding as it is for a short time / reaction → natural oxidation by air (auxiliary oxidant dilute solution spraying) It is an easy processing method that can perform processing in a clean environment without the need for special processing equipment (at best, steam press machine, iron or dryer). Further, the boron hydride compound which is the treating agent for fixing the shape and form of the present invention, unlike the reaction reagent thioglycolate which has been conventionally used for such a purpose, has an unbearable foul odor in the work environment, including mackerel and reaction residue. It is a harmless and odorless compound that does not emit an offensive odor over a long period of time like thioglycolate, and has the feature that it can be safely carried out as a permanent set method that is easy to handle and does not cause environmental pollution.
