Description of the Related Art In general, nail enamel is mainly composed of a film-forming agent such as nitrocellulose, a resin and a plasticizer, and a coloring material, which is uniformly dissolved by a solvent which is an evaporating component. It is constituted by dispersing or dissolving a gelling agent or the like. One of the important qualities required of nail enamel is that the coating film has good dryness, and it is desired in use to dry and cure the coating film immediately after coating to form a film. Conventionally, in order to adjust the drying speed, from the viewpoint of the component composition of the nail enamel, a solvent component, that is, a true solvent, a cosolvent, and a diluent are appropriately selected to obtain a proper coating film drying speed by balancing them. Has been done. It is also known that a nail enamel dryer of a brush coating type or an aerosol type, which is applied to the surface after applying a nail enamel and is used for increasing the coating film drying rate, is used. For such products, vegetable oils that are liquid at room temperature, such as macadamia nut oil, castor oil, and drying oil, silicone oil, isoparaffin, and the like are generally used, and most of these components are the main components.

That is, in the adjustment for improving the drying property of the coating film from the aspect of the composition of the nail enamel component, if the solvent is composed of only a true solvent, the solubility of other components is too good, and the surface is in a skin-tightened state. If the solubility of other components is too good, the solvent separation from the coating film becomes poor, and the drying and curing of the entire coating film will be delayed,
In particular, if the drying rate is increased by using a true solvent having a low boiling point, the coating film may be fogged, pinholes may be generated, or handwriting may be left behind, resulting in impaired finish of the coating film. Therefore, when an appropriate amount of a cosolvent and a diluent are added, the finish of the coating film is improved, the usability can be improved, and the solubility of components such as resins can be increased, but the drying speed becomes slow. . Therefore, from the viewpoint of the component composition, there is a limit to the further improvement of the drying speed. Further, in the conventionally known nail enamel dryer, it is difficult to uniformly coat the nail enamel coating surface with unevenness, it is easy to scratch the coating with a brush, and the coating surface has irregularities. Not only that, but the improvement in the drying speed was not as high as expected, and the effect was insufficient.

It was found that the coating film drying rate can be remarkably improved and the usability and lubricity are good by applying the product to the surface after applying the nail enamel, and the oil content has a viscosity of 10 to 200 cs. It was found that even better results can be obtained for each item such as coating film drying property, usability, and coating surface lubricity, and the present invention was completed with this knowledge. I made it.

It is 0. In terms of molecular weight, it is about 250,000 to 1,500,000, and is in the form of a soft rubber at room temperature. Specific chemical structures include dimethyl polysiloxane, methylphenyl polysiloxane, terminal hydroxyl group-containing dimethyl polysiloxane, terminal hydroxyl group-containing methylphenyl polysiloxane, and the like. Conventionally, there is an example in which dimethylpolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of 3 to 650 is used as a cosmetic component and also as a component of a nail enamel dryer (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 64-16710).
See JP-A-3-81214. ), There is no known example of compounding a nail enamel dryer with a high molecular weight silicone as in the present invention. The amount of the high-molecular-weight silicone represented by the general formula 1 used in the present invention is within the range of 1 to 30% by weight, although it depends on the oil content used in combination. This is because if it exceeds the above range, it is difficult to obtain comprehensively good results such as coating film drying property and usability. On the other hand, if the amount is too small, impact resistance and lubricity will be poor.

Cs silicone oil is preferred. When the viscosity is in this range, a film having a suitable thickness of high molecular weight silicone and silicone oil is formed on the surface of the nail enamel coating film, and not only the coating film drying property but also the surface of the coating film is protected from physical impact. It is very effective for protection, lubricity and other usability. If the silicone oil has a low viscosity of less than 10 cs, lubricity (smoothness, slipperiness) is deteriorated and impact resistance tends to be deteriorated, which is not preferable. Also,
If the viscosity is higher than 200 cs and the viscosity is high, the coating property is deteriorated, which is not preferable.

In addition to pentasiloxane and isoparaffin, it is also possible to add, mix, and use together a vegetable oil which is liquid at room temperature which has been conventionally used for nail enamel dryers. Examples of these vegetable oils are macadamia nut oil, castor oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil,
Dry to non-drying oils such as safflower oil and soybean oil are mentioned.
These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The oil content is preferably in the range of 70 to 99% by weight. When blending these components, it is important to consider the compatibility with high molecular weight silicones and prepare them as a homogeneous dissolution system.
It is not desirable because it is inferior in usability.

It is applied by doing. At this time, it may be used by spraying as an aerosol type. This allows rapid and uniform diffusion to form a high molecular weight silicone coating, and the coating can be dried and cured in a very short time. Then, if the amount of adhesion is excessive, it may be wiped lightly with a tissue or the like.

It has a function. That is, the nail enamel dryer of the present invention can dry and cure the nail enamel coating film in a small amount and in a short time. In addition, since the high molecular weight silicone has a low surface tension in use, it can be quickly diffused by dropping it on the coating film to form a uniform silicone coating, which can effectively dry the coating film. It is convenient and convenient because it does not require any trouble and does not cause damage.
